Lovely house , felt right at home nice to go back to after a hard days work. Would visit again when we are in the area.

Home from home. Catered for the whole family, including our three dogs. Great location for watching our daughter play for England under 18s six nations also a great place for her to come and relax for her afternoon off and have a long soak in the bath very much needed for a rugby player. Lots of places to visit locally like Ascott and Windsor Castle. Chloe was very helpful too.

Aylin's House is immaculate, very bright and light. It is well stocked with every thing you need for stay. Any query you may have Aylin is available to help. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Aylin.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

A idyllic location, the perfect place for a first glamping experience with my children. A lovely clean and spacious tent with great outdoor activities. Everything needed was provided, plenty of lighting which was really helpful and clean bathroom facilities. The pool was kindly prepared for us and the kids had great fun in this. Really peaceful and beautiful surroundings, a truly gorgeous piece of land. Thank you for having us 🙂

Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

What a great find tucked away up a quiet residential road....in the morning with the birdsong we felt we could have been in the countryside! The house was bigger than we'd expected and the outside space was a real bonus in the lovely weather. Two big ticks were the comfortable beds and good water pressure for the shower - we look forward to staying again when we're in the area.

We booked this place to visit various family members which were all located in Surrey and Hampshire. As we had a young Springador with us it was essential that there was a garden and the owners of the lodge very kindly have the whole garden available and she certainly made use of it. The walks from the door were very easy to follow and were various lengths and abilities so there’s something for everyone. On arrival there was a delightful homemade marmalade cake waiting for our attendance. That was and still is being dutifully attended to and that really was quite exceptional. The hosts were friendly and approachable and provided extra chairs for us as our son visited us one of the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at this Woodland Hideaway.

A fantastic place to stay, lovely walking areas and very close to Newbury. Colin & Jane were absolutely brilliant hosts and made us very welcome - they kept in contact and answered questions quickly via email. such a beautiful hut and made even more special with milk, cheese, bread on arrival. Fresh eggs from their hens was such a special touch... will be booking again and highly recommend to others. The perfect retreat away from noise.. Thank you Colin & Jane!

Sally and Josh have been welcoming and amazing hosts. We arrived late and they had stocked the fridge up with bread, milk and eggs which was so thoughtful. The annexe was ideal for my family, countryside surroundings and short drive to Godalming and getting onto the motorway. The house has a lovely, cosy feel, I enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable and happy stay and will be staying again soon! Thank you both!
