This was an unexpected gem for peace and relaxation. The apartment is huge with separate living, kitchen, dining and sitting areas. A beautiful balcony overlooking the palm trees and ocean - perfect sunset location. The kitchen was well equipped with three element gas burner, fridge/freezer and some general spices. One of the two bedrooms had a lovely ensuited bathroom. Cosy bed and excellent air-conditioning. A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment to fully unwind. Highly recommend staying here and if I ever visit Ratnagiri again I'd be looking to book this place every time.

The stay was extremely pleasant and the flat was exactly same as shown in the pictures. The flat was well equipped with all the utilities and it truly felt like home. The location of the flat was perfect accessible to all the attractions. Would surely recommend this place.

Had a pleasant stay experience at Abhishek's homestay, flat was super clean with all required amenities in place, Good parking facility and stay was reachable to all the nearest beach spots and restaurants which was easy for us to commute. I would definitely recommend Abhishek's homestay, it will give you a peaceful and relax stay experience.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

I had an amazing stay at this place! Prajwal was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The property was as specific as mentioned like cleanliness, comfort.
