Holly Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins, Holly and Dogwood, are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Windmillhill, Efficiency apt.

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This apt has code pad entrance

Couples Retreat-Secluded Pool House at Lake

Located just west of historic Nacogdoches on Lake Nacogdoches. The comfortable space for two sits behind our main house surrounded by pool, hot tub, fire pit and more. Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town.

Tiny home Étoile steps from Lake Sam Rayburn

Tiny house built in 2023 with all of the amenities nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Custom kitchen was put in with nice appliances, and in the upstairs loft we have another movie projector perfect for relaxing with family. This property is fun for the whole family and offers everything you need for a great vacation!

This charming couples retreat has it all with no cleaning fees! Here you can escape to your own private oasis complete with a beautiful vineyard and huge porch to kick back and enjoy the slow life. Take time to relax in the rocking chairs, hammock, or hot tub, or venture out to the fire pit or picnic table. Firewood is provided for the fire pit.

The Bunkhouse Getaway is a one room, open concept rental nestled in a rural area of east Texas. The perfect setting to relax and unwind on the private porch while enjoying the tranquil views and majestic sunrises and sunsets. Most nights the sky is full of stars with the occasional sounds of coyotes, frogs, and crickets.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled on 45 acres in East Texas with views of horses roaming free, hay fields, fruit and pecan trees. Wake up to the sounds of farm life with horses neighing, cows bellowing and the morning crow of the rooster and enjoy the waterfront views of the 5 acre pond.
