Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

My group loved the house! The screened in porch & beach access was perfect. The photos in the listing are accurate. I would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Very comfortable home & very responsive host. We had a small issue regulating the temp - Leigh gave us a quick and simple fix and all was well. I would stay again.

Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

The name says it all! My week at Sandi’s place felt like a slice of heaven. Beautiful lot, peaceful, quiet, but also just a quick drive to anything you need or would want to see! Immaculately cleaned. Stocked with everything you need! I cooked nearly every meal and all the basics were there, which was great after long days on a job site. That covered porch is THE BOMB! Comfy, clean beds, too. Great wifi! Sandi is extremely response, so friendly, and any instructions were crystal clear! She put her heart and soul into this home & it shows! My dogs loved the little walking trail behind the house & napping on the porch! 110% will be back! Thank you Sandi!!

Great hosts and a clean nice home.

My husband and I stayed at Thad's place for one night following a Washington Capitals hockey game. The location is convenient to Capital One Arena with it being just a short Uber ride away. We arrived after dark and it was still easy to find! The neighborhood is very nice and I felt very safe. The space looks just like the pics. It is very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfortable! Thad is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. He provides lots of information upfront as well as recommendations for what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it! Thanks Thad! You were great!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

I had a great time staying at Hudsons place. It is in the perfect area, and close to many restaurants/cafes. Hudson was very responsive during my stay, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting DC!

What a calm and peaceful private retreat! My fiancée and I spent a couple of days enjoying the brisk bay breezes and beautiful sunsets at Vickie’s. Everything was exactly as advertised and Vickie (and Scott) are true treasures—extremely responsive and thoughtful hosts who want you to have everything you need. Plus, their knowledge of the area gave us a great introduction to Leonardtown. So much more to the area than we thought! Whether birdwatching from “the best view on the block” or reflecting on the glider by the bay, we loved every moment of quiet and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!

Adorable neighborhood and very conveniently located near Whole Foods and the Metro. Bed was very comfy. It was perfect for what we needed!

This was a great space for our little family! It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the zoo. Having a full kitchen, living room with working space, and laundry were huge bonuses of this spot. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Elizabeth’s place has so much character and the yard is beautiful. I was comfortable and the walk to downtown was easy and stunning. Lilymae 🐕 was the best! 😍

The entire unit was immaculate & super comfortable. Great location & easily walkable to restaurants, shopping & USNA. Ellen was a pleasure to deal with & always communicated on a timely basis. We had a fabulous stay!

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!
