Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit bei Marion. Ab der ersten Minute haben wir uns willkommen und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Marion und Ihr Mann sind sehr liebevolle und freundliche Gastgeber. Es erinnert wirklich ein bisschen an Bullerbü, hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung. 🥰 Für den jüngsten im Bunde gab es im Garten viele tierische Besucher zu entdecken und hinter dem Haus eine große Wiese zum austoben und Fußball spielen. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub für uns. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Marion ☺️

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Excellent séjour avec une superbe météo ce qui a participé à ce que nos vacances soient extra évidemment ! Logement impeccable et très beau, conforme à la description Cornelia est une super hôte. Nous ne l’avons pas vu physiquement mais avons eu beaucoup d’échanges fructueux et sympathiques via l’appli Emplacement idéal à proximité de quelques lacs dont le Starnberg See qui est à 15mn à pied (ballades bateau baignade…) ou l’Ammersee qui est à 10mn en voiture En 45mn on est à Munich, en 1h10 au château de Neuschwanstein et donc 10mn de plus et on est ds le Tirol… Nous recommandons a tout le monde un séjour ici Tchuss

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und sie liegt ruhig mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben sie als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen genutzt und gleichzeitig als Rückzugsort, um Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Overall great stay and the place looked just as advertised on Air B&B. Not really much decoration in the apartment so it lacked a warm welcoming feeling but that doesn't affect the functionality of the apartment. There is a small washer which was nice as we needed to do some laundry. The washer's controls are all in German but there is an instruction manual that is written in several languages. We found it easier just to watch a couple YouTube videos to get familiar with the machine. The host left a binder with public transportation info and nearby restaurants. The old town area is about a 45 minute walk but there is a nearby tram that will get you there much quicker.

Von Anfang an freundliche u schnelle Kommunikation! Sehr warmherziger persönlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minten am Bahnhof, an allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch auf der Autobahn. Zu Fuss etwas länger, aber auch ok. (Bushaltstelle oder nächster Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles offen u ehrlich, hilfsbereit u spontan!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, gute Lage und sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Wir waren zwei Nächte bei Rü zu Gast. Alle waren super zufrieden, es war sehr sauber, top eingerichtete Küche und das gepflegte Grundstück mit Wasser Zugang war für die schnelle Abkühlung hervorragend. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Ammersee, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen war. Das Haus war geräumig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Hat für einen Messeunterkunft für vier Leute gut gepasst. Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Nur die kleine Einfahrt zu finden war etwas tricky. Aber auch nicht unmöglich.

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

L'appartement est très joli , spacieux et est situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons stationné notre véhicule dans le garage ce qui est très pratique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal nous avons pu visiter le centre de Munich à pied (compter 10/15 minutes à pied).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder und gerne auch zu empfehlen ☺️. Danke!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Dagmar und Burkhard. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es sind trotzdem nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und zum See. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
