My family of 9 stayed at Gayathri’s place. It was beautiful inside and out. Having a parking place for two cars at the side of the house was a bonus. We did not have to worry about street parking. The location was good. It was close to the airport, the wedding we went to, friends we visited, and attractions. Gayathri left snacks and breakfast items for us in case we were unable to make it to the store when we arrived, which was very nice. She responded quickly to any inquiries. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The home was roomy! Love, love the balcony! Would highly recommend this home.

We spent 3 days at this lovely house in Durham during our visit there to attend a music festival. The venues were all in downtown Durham, and we were able to get around easily on foot to all locations. Despite the proximity to downtown, the neighborhood is very peaceful, with friendly neighbors, sunny open spaces, and lots of trees. The house itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for a large family, and everything was in good working order. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Durham in future.

Cokesbury Cove was perfect for our daughter’s graduation weekend for our large family! Everything we needed and more. It felt just like home!

We were in town for my brother’s graduation at Duke and ended up booking our Airbnb a bit late, so most places closer to the school were already taken. This spot was the closest we could find that could accommodate our large family and honestly, I’m so glad we ended up here! The home was super clean, cozy, and had a really relaxed vibe. If you’re looking to stay near downtown Raleigh or the airport, this would be a great choice. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and the house itself was beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious backyard. (I only wish we had more time to enjoy it!) Everything was great, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms. We felt right at home.

Plenty of space - bedrooms, living room, dining table seats 12, and great game room for kids, who played lots of pool and ping pong. Beautiful landscaping, including an awesome dogwood in the back yard. Kitchen has room for multiple cooks. Easy trip from airport. We all were really pleased. Thanks

Indira’s home was exactly as promised and then some. It hosted my group very comfortably, had all the creature comforts necessary to feel like home, and was also very peaceful/private. Further, it was a very quick distance to downtown Raleigh, bars/restaurants, and the festival grounds. Would not only stay here again, but also highly recommend this home for your Raleigh stay as well!

We had a slight hiccup with the cleaning prior to us being there, but it was resolved in conversations with Ned. He was quick to respond and solve the problem. The house itself was spacious and wonderful for our uses. Thanks again Ned!

The setting of this home is quite lovely. Very close to downtown Raleigh and yet we were in the middle of very peaceful, quiet, natural area. We saw numerous birds and deer right from the back porch and could easily walk to the Falls Lake area to hike around this beautiful lake. The house is well-stocked and very spacious and welcoming. Everything was easy to find and Shannon's directions were very clear. We came to visit our daughter in Raleigh and were all able to stay together very comfortably. Shannon was super responsive and friendly. I would definitely rent this home again!

My family of seven stayed here for a few nights so we could do some sightseeing in Raleigh, and we really enjoyed our stay! House is very spacious, plenty of room for our 5 kids to spread out. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, and downtown Apex is lovely! Would highly recommend staying in Jonathan’s place.

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

I stayed for 3 months during the summer, and Inna has been the best host I've had. She is promptly communicative, proactive, and always exceeds expectations whenever inevitable problems arise. Definitely made my stay worthwhile for me and my roomates. The place is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. I love the fact that I can just go for a walk to destress on the Tabacco Trail that's less than half a mile away. Good vibes 😌

What a truly amazing place to stay. Myself and our crew were in Raleigh for a month long project and we could not have found a better place to stay for a month. It truly is a beautiful home. The kitchen is immaculate. The hosts are super nice And very responsive to any needs or requests. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

A beautiful house with every single thing we needed for a 5 night stay. All of our family absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood, nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and parks. You will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Cary for a friend’s wedding weekend in Raleigh! There were 8 of us, and the house was absolutely perfect—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked. We were especially touched by the welcome basket with snacks and goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, and back patio made it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime together. Jonathan was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate all of our requests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay - the house is spacious and beautiful. The screened in porch was fantastic, and the pool/backyard are like having your own private oasis. Thuong was a great host - very responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.
