Had a wonderful stay at this rooftop Airbnb hosted by Sasank. The entire home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop vibe was a real highlight—perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Sasank was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The place was too good and the host Mr Sayeed helped us alot and the food was amazing. Hira bhai cooked wonderful food for us every day, and all the staff members are very friendly and rooms are cleaned every day and it feels like Home 🏡 specially Mangesh Bhai was very helpful and totally the place is worth the money and I’ll be visiting this place again and for sure, I’ll recommend my friend also

Premium Room With Prime Location

Our room was very modern and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is amazing :) There is a 24-hours reception which made it very easy to check out in an early hour. The staff was very kind and service minded. They booked us an in-hotel cab to the airport which arrived on time. We had a very pleasent stay :)

My husband had the pleasure of staying at Balcony Hotel during his recent visit to Hyderabad for a conference. From the moment he arrived, he was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The space was perfect for his needs, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. What truly made this stay special was their hospitality. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always ready to answer our questions. In terms of value for money, we couldn't have asked for a better deal. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Maheedhar’s Hotel to anyone visiting the City. Thank you, Maheedhar.

it's the best place, and in Banjara hills, great location. Food is tasty. Most of all very helpful host , he is the owner, very friendly and amazing vibes. I am definitely going back to stay there, whenever I visit Hyderabad.

It was a wonderful stay , it gave me Goa vibe thw ambience and I went there with my kid . She loved the place. I think the best place for kid as they are having a yummy cafe and Sunday's art class. She is in love with the place, I will recommend everyone to go and stay over this place if you wanna a break from corporate life. We will definitely go there for cakes, mousse and art classes. Thank you sashank and team.

Had a comfortable and quiet stay at Sasank's place, Mahendra and team were super responsive and helpful. The place was easy to find and everything required was provided for during the stay, no complaints. Would like to visit again in future.

The place is a great staycation They take care of each and everything even has an awesome service of storage if you want to keep your luggage in there and travel within city, its very thoughtful gesture. the restaurant and the bakehouse has some amazing dishes to serve. Overall great experience Definitely coming back
