We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Have stayed here many times now. Glori is a wonderful host, always proactive and very kind. The bed is so comfy and the place is peaceful private and quiet.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Spotlessly clean. Close to the hospital, walkable if parking at the hospital is a problem. Everything was to a high standard, neatly set out and more than you could ask for. It was an oasis at the end of a long day.

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Had a lovely stay in Hamilton. The place is right by the lake, so a great location to walk around and also very handy to the city centre. Super clean and tiny and even some complimentary goodies from the hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place. Exceeded our expectations. We had 4 families there, grandparents down to a 1yo. They even had a gate at the top of the stairs. Garage with bunk beds was warmer than I expected. Has a completely sealed garage door (April visit). Supplied oil fin heater makes it fine for sleeping.

The house was simply perfect in all respects. The location, amenities, facilities; the whole experience was seamless and an absolute pleasure for all. I would definitely stay again and I thank Rebecca for a lovely time. :-)

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Soul Sanctury farm house Stay.The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The space was immaculately clean and welcoming atmosphere.Moreover stunning views and would highly reccommend the stay to others. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Steve and Emily were very accommodating in their beautiful home. The location was very convenient, which allowed access to close by convenience stores and malls. The hosts provided easy communication, always asking if we needed anything and kept us in the loop. The place matched the photos and description in the ad. We also received a surprise gift on arrival which was more than generous. Will definitely book with Steve and Emily again. Looking forward to it

The property was beautifully renovated, ample space and extra linen/towels available. Was a great space for children to play outside and we felt very safe bring fully fenced and with the locked gates.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.
