Bruce and Pauline were absolute gems. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home — even showing us around their beautiful property, introducing us to their sheep and ducks, and letting us help with feeding time. The location was breathtaking, perfectly peaceful yet close to Raglan, a town so amazing my girlfriend and I actually started talking about moving there. Bruce and Pauline’s kindness and warmth made this stay unforgettable. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

This place was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The accommodation is modern, clean, has everything you could need for self-catering, with lovely toiletries. We booked last minute and the host was very accommodating. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at Paul & Annamarie's peaceful rustic country Airbnb. We felt very welcome and at home in the space, and thoroughly enjoyed the company of their super friendly cats! The breakfast provided was wonderful with plenty to choose from. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip to Hamilton. Thank you!

Den lille terrasse Martin har bygget lidt nede i dalen er det perfekte sted at få sin morgenkaffe - og et glas vin om aftenen. Dette sted kan på det varmeste anbefales. Nice comfy bedroom, bathroom was clean, and we really appreciated having a fridge in the room. We also used the common room to cook and eat which was very convenient. It looks a little like a motel or a backpackers, nothing fancy but great for the price.

Another lovely stay at Adrienne’s. Her place is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed and the pool was so nice as the weekend was very hot and sunny. It’s a peaceful spot and has everything you need plus a few extras. This is definitely our favourite place to stay in the Hamilton area and we will be back.

Awesome stay, the house was in a great location, close to town, really nice view from the house. Clean and comfortable. Sam was quick with all communication and was a really nice guy. The price is an absolute steal for this place. would highly recommend.

Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

Linda and Barry are really nice. I particularly like the spaciousness of the room and facilities. Tranquil surroundings and ideal for walks along the river. I was pleasantly suprised by the variety of the continental breakfasts assortment Barry and Linda left for me. A stay in paradise at such low price. It was hard to believe during these times where people just try to rip you off how honestly Toni had priced her property. This is actually thinking for the people more than just profits. Each part of the day morning, afternoon, evening and night looks absolutely spectacular, the quality of the materials used in room are so premium. I always carry my own organic shampoo and conditioner but I was surprised Tony had same shampoo and conditioner. Right from the day I booked the property Toni was great and extremely friendly with her replies to my messages. Night sky from the property was magical. There was Netflix and other things which helped us to just chill for a day at the property. Toni has put so much thought in designing the room to make it very comfortable for guests. You think of something and it is there. HOME AWAY FROM HOME in paradise that is how I would describe it. Thank you Tony and Richardson for making our stay memorable one 🏕

The house is very modern with simple but practical and comfortable furniture. It is located very close to the center and 2 supermarkets but also easy to access public transport. Everything was very clean. Vikki is very nice and friendly, and was always very responsive and concerned that all was well. I felt very welcome!

We loved our night at Melissa and Charlie’s barn house. Very clean and comfortable. Coming from Auckland we had the country experience we were looking for including the beautiful pigs and roosters. We would highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful home and room. Super clean and spacious room with everything you need (including access to kitchenette). You'll love the sunny afternoons by the pool, and there's a BBQ to use too! Sharon and Roland are 10/10 hosts, accommodating but not intrusive, and very open, friendly and relaxed which is vital for a shared house! They were also kind and understanding of our very nervous dog. Good people to the core. We loved the stay.

We've stayed at few Airbnb places both in the north and south and this was by far THE best place we have stayed at, hands down - hats off! The home that Lisa and her partner have created is a dream home and could not have come at a better time for our family - a special occasion became even more special. My mom said this stay will remain in her memory, a mark of how impressive we felt looking at the arrangements. The level of attention to detail - right down to our type of power adapter and cleanliness is something we just cannot miss mentioning that each of us felt throughout our stay. House rules and comms taken care to last T. For us, these things triumph over small quirks of it being aged home that Lisa mentions in the description. As former Hamiltonians and as noted to Lisa personally, we are certain we are staying at hers again and cannot thank the hosts enough for their graciousness in offering such a comfortable stay. Ray's place was comfortable and peaceful. He was an obliging host and generous with home grow produce.

We enjoyed our stay at Stephen's unit. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Close to a local shop for food, and a short drive from Hamilton Gardens. Stephen was friendly and greeted us on arrival. We would be happy to stay again.

Cathy was a wonderful host. She looked after us well with lots of extra friendly touches, such as local recommendations and even fresh baking! The apartment was clean and welcoming and Cathy made sure we had fresh clean linens during our stay. We had a wonderful time staying g with Cathy and particularly enjoyed being able to walk into Hamilton along the river which we wouldn’t have known about if Cathy hadn’t told us how to find the route.
