You can easily reach the Old Town and the port by trams number 2 and 4. Free parking is available around the building. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor; please note that there is no lift in the property.

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

The entire apartment is for your private use. Tallinn Airport and the Port are about 2.5 km away. A tram stop 60 m from the apartment takes you directly to the city center. The bus station (1.2 km) connects to all parts of Estonia and abroad. Kadriorg Park with the Presidential Palace and the Kumu Art Museum is 900 m away—an easy walk. A 24/7 Prisma supermarket is about 400 m from the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is free around the building (not in front; follow traffic signs).

Welcome to our studio apartment located just 5mins from Tallinn Airport in the quiet and green areaof Järveküla. Despite being a studio, the apartment feels bright and open. Enjoy quick and easy connections to city center (only 10mins by car or public transport), while relaxing in a peaceful neighborhood. Apartment includes sofa bed (please note: there is no traditional bed ready for you), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and towels and a free parking (one spot).

The gated yard ensures privacy and security, and there's a playground for children. Guests have free parking in an underground garage. The Old Town is just a 15-minute walk away, or 3–4 stops by tram. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, a local market, and a variety of restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

The apartment is located in the heart of Tallinn, for smaller groups or for bigger groups of up to fourteen people. There are a living/dining room, three comfortable bedrooms, one walk-through bedroom, two bathrooms and also a shower. On the ground floor of our house there is a cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. The menu offers Georgian dishes for every taste! We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing, instead of living in a hotel room. NB! This place is a home accommodation and the place is not suitable for parties (not allowed BBQ parties).
