Ein eigener Parkplatz für Euch ist direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Bikes ist im Carport möglich.

The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Apartment agréable pour deux Visitez notre appartement situé en plein centre ville de Dresde. De chez nous, vous êtes à deux minutes à pied du Zwinger et vous pouvez voir la tour de l'église "Schlosskirche" de notre court. L'opéra Semper, le Zwinger, la Frauenkirche, ... tout est situé à coté de chez nous.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
