Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

The apartment is a modern, spacious, and tidy, ideal for families. It offers a delightful experience. Located on the ground floor, it boasts a cozy terrace of 24 m2. This feature provides a shaded area during the hottest parts of the day, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you're in the mood for a swim, the beach is a mere 100 meters away, stretching along a magnificent 2800-meter coastline. The sea is crystal clear and the surrounding nature offers picturesque setting.

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

The apartment is located in the very center of the town. Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.

The apartment is just in front of the sea. It is at the first floor with a big terrace of 70 m² with a nice view on the sea. 10 minutes away from the city center on foot and in the middle of every commodities (supermarket, restaurants, marina...). The apartment is equipped with fibre optics. Teleworking is possible.
