Niterói : locations de vacances

I stayed for a full month and loved it—I wanted to stay even longer! The house is exactly as described. Pros: Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and very dog-friendly. Sonia is wonderful. Cons: The street noise is constant and quite loud. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Em todo esse tempo nunca fomos recebidos de forma tão atenciosa e carinhosa. A Sr.ª Lúcia fez questão de deixar alguns mimos quando soube que nossos filhos eram crianças: deixou chocolates e balas nas boas vindas e comprou brinquedos de piscina novos. A anfitriã é uma pessoa não só educada mas amável, se preocupando conosco como se fosse sua própria família! Seu filho mora perto e caso precisássemos de algo ele estava disponível. Tanto ele como sua mãe fizeram questão de nos dar dicas de lugares para comer e brincar com as crianças. Foi uma experiência inesquecível!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
