Great location! We were able to boat to both Trident and Duncan Bridge Marinas. The views were gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). Of note there were only 2.5 baths not 3.5 as listed. The two queen rooms share a Jack n’ Jill bathroom.

Tiny House/Off-Grid Treehouse/Case Rock Cabin

Everything about this stay is what we needed. It was a peaceful, unplugged getaway for me and my wife. The cabin was perfect. We hiked, kayaked, played cards, board games, laughed, connected, cooked, and just enjoyed relaxing in nature. The hosts were wonderful and we have already booked another stay for our anniversary.

I highly recommend this host and their lovely home. We had everything we could ever need for a relaxing vacation. The property was beautiful inside and out, clean, the beds were comfortable, and it has anything you might need to cook a meal in the kitchen. We loved the fire pit and hanging out on the back porch and the dock. We are so thankful we could include our pup on this trip. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here on your next trip!

Will definitely come back. Most peaceful, relaxing week away with the family that we’ve had in a long while. Truly enjoyed kayaking, sunbathing on the deck, playing games, reading and just relaxing with a beautiful view of the water!! Thank you!

Enchanting Cabin/Cottage on Beautiful Smith Lake

We had a great time at this little cabin by the lake. It was very peaceful . We enjoyed the kayakes and spending time in the water and on the dock. We used the grill for Easter dinner. This house has a fully stocked kitchen making the preparation of meals easy. Very clean. we also enjoyed dinner at the Trident Marina. It was nice to sit outside with our fur babies and enjoy dinner.

The home was clean and in an ideal location for our recent family gatherings. We loved the mountain-top location and the surprise underneath the cliff at the base of the stairs!

Stunning Lake Home PLUS Carriage House

We stayed a week with our 2 dogs, meeting our son and his family there. The kids loved our water activities at the dock. They had no difficulty negotiating the steps or the paved trail. The house accommodated our 7 really well. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, fire pit and the views from the house and decks.

Spent the weekend in Birmingham and loved our stay here! Cute neighborhood and very convenient to get around town. Easy to take our dog on walks and peaceful at night. Definitely would stay here again next time we are in town!

Cute little lake cottage with gorgeous views of Smith Lake. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were nice. Overall a very pleasant experience and a delightful weekend away.

The place was as advertised. It is a quite secluded cabin on a small pond. The kids brought their fishing gear and had a great time catching the small fish and even a turtle. It is far off the main highway on a gravel road so it was a little difficult to find late at night but just follow the directions Maion provides and you will be fine.

#1 on our list of most comfortable and cozy homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and serene. Neighbors but with enough trees to ensure privacy. Host was very proactive and helpful. *caveat, there is no “close” grocery store, etc. so stop on your way in to get what you want. Easy access to water, fire pit was a hit with the s’mores crowd. We would definitely book again when called back to the area.
