We loved our stay at A Capela . It was the perfect way to end our trip to Portugal . We loved the garden and found the location very convenient . We got great recommendations from the host and when we couldn’t switch on the power he immediately came to fix the problem. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included to a nearby restaurant as well as the peacocks that roamed the property .

Heel fijn huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne omgeving voor kinderen. Zwembad is groot, lekker kunnen bbq’en en genoeg plek om tot rust te komen! Top ervaring!

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

Marjolaine hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und es war alles wie beschrieben. Was mich generell in solchen Ferienhäusern stört, ist, dass man nirgends Möglichkeiten hat, nasse Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Es gibt in den Bädern keine Möglichkeit und immer viel zu wenige Haken. Das ist aber eine Kleinigkeit, sonst ist das Haus sehr schön und weiterzuempfehlen.

We hebben echter genoten. Het verblijf heeft alles wat je nodig zou hebben. Alle keukenartikelen aanwezig, speelgoed voor kinderen en we kregen een grote fles water van onze host Cristina. De buurt is rustig en de locatie is perfect. Huis is schoon en netjes. Veel restaurants in de buurt en ook andere bezienswaardigheden. Ook veel supermarkten in de buurt. En echter blij dat er een wieg aanwezig was voor onze kleinzoon van 2 jaar oud. Al met al zeker een aanrader en super fijne host.

We stayed at Villa Diana in Tróia as a family of 10 adults and had an amazing experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and access to a terrace or the garden, perfect for comfort and privacy. The indoor dining area is a highlight, with a huge table and large windows that open to let in the sun and breeze, making meals together extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus thoughtful touches like coffee, water, and ice. The living room was cozy, and the barbecue setup was excellent, with all tools and plenty of charcoal. Details like hand towels in the guest toilet, beach gear, and bikes (which we didn’t use but appreciated) showed how much care the hosts put into this home. Beds were super comfortable, showers great, and we all felt truly at home. We took good care of the house and would love to return. Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

The house was charming. It was split into three separate apartments allowing for additional privacy. The furnishings were tasteful. There was a cozy fireplace and beautiful gardens. Lior and Kate were welcoming and generous hosts.

Great home. Amazing host. Through no fault of the host or the home our only thing we feel compelled to mention is that this is not a place to stay if you do not have a car. Likely part of that was we had pretty crappy weather and so traffic over the bridge was unbearable from a combination of ongoing construction and the rain. The beach is about 20 min by walk and the closest grocery store is about 12 min ( not too bad, but when it’s raining constantly kind of got old). Not a whole lot of restaurants or coffee shops by foot near by that we would recommend. I think if we had pivoted to renting a car our Lisbon experience would have been better. Also I think our expectations of what we could accomplish without a car were unrealistic which is our fault. Just want to give an honest opinion so people who read this have something to consider. AGAIN THE HOST AND THE HOME WERE AMAZING. WE WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Gorgeous villa with stunning views! We had a multigenerational family vacation here and everyone loved the place. All the rooms are larger that they look in photos. If you go in the spring, expect a mix of mostly stormy and some sunny days. In rainy days we focused on museums in Lisbon. Sunny days were stunning in the villa. So glad this beautiful home is preserved and enjoyed by many people!

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

This is a wonderful and super cozy place. The house has an incredible interior and many beautiful art objects. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay for a large company. Special thanks to the host. He is super friendly and very quick to respond and help with everything!

Famille de 14 personnes, nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Xiuhua. Personne très sympathique et réactive, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et demandes. La maison est très bien, simple mais équipée comme il faut. L’environnement n’est pas forcément des plus jolis mais assez proche du centre de Lisbonne (30 minutes en voiture) et très calme (important avec des enfants). Merci à Xiuhua pour son accueil (petits cadeaux d’arrivée) et sa disponibilité. Je recommande ce logement.

Wir waren mit den Großeltern und Kindern zu neun in Lissabon und haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für große Gruppen drei Bädern und ausreichend Schlafzimmern mit gutem Betten sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und der Esszimmer Tisch ist riesig. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.

We really enjoyed our time. The house was super comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Also the kitchen had everything we could wish for. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende im dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Maria und Antonio sind sehr sympathische und tolle Gastgeber. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed our time at the villa - it was spotless, in a great location, well-equipped and as described on the listing. Joao, Elsa and Rui were really responsive the whole way through! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

João’s lovely home was perfect for us! The house itself was everything we had hoped it would be - absolutely lovely with plenty of room to relax alone or with the family. We took advantage of the tennis court, the sauna, and the pool. The master bedroom was also amazing with its sitting area and outside (furnished) veranda. Although it was in a quiet area, the house was close to two supermarkets as well as the fine restaurants of Sesimbra. I would highly recommend João’s home and would definitely stay again whenever we are in Sesimbra. Thank you, João!

We loved our stay at Hector’s place! The house is super beautifully designed and decorated and is fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay (coffee, tea, olive oil, aluminum foil - we cooked our meals so it was a huge help!) Hector was super responsive and helpful in answering any of our questions and gave lots of recommendations. We can’t wait to be back!

Karin is an amazing host! Very friendly and responsive, always ready to help if needed. We were a big group of 12 people and never felt crammed or crowded in the house or outside. The living room with the 4K projector could fit all of us comfortably for a great movie night. All in all, a fantastic experience!

What a fantastic stay. Excellent hosts. Fantastic restaurant recommendations. Everything we could possibly have needed was in the house and our wonderful hosts were always available if needed. House is so great. We were a group of 2 families with 2 adults and 2 children each and it was perfect. Warm, kind, thoughtful hosts with a beautiful house near sintra, Lisbon, Cascais and a number of beautiful beaches … what more could you ask for?!
