Easy access to Mount Gretna's famous attractions including The Lake and Beach, Playhouse, Jigger Shop - and numerous hiking and biking trails. Close to Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg.

As you turn off the paved road onto our country lane, you can already feel yourself relax as you prepare for a time of rejuvenation at Apple Lane Getaway. You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. Our 3 bedroom house is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. As your hosts, we look forward to sharing our slice of country with you!

We have trails in the woods nearby and around our meadow that lies in front of the farmhouse. The historic charm of the original two story farmhouse has been restored while still allowing for modern bathrooms and kitchen space. You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Hersheypark-32-min Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is16 min. We do allow pets.

Country View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Lebanon County surrounded by rural farmland and Amish community. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or private balcony listening to the birds, or in the winter cozy up to the fireplace with a cup of coffee. This Lodge offers a full kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and a private bedroom on the first floor. This property offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to Hershey (30 min.), Lancaster (40 min.), Harrisburg (30 min.) and Mt. Gretna (10 min.). Please note: My family lives above the apartment. We aim to be quiet when we have guests, but you may hear sounds of small feet, small voices, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to a family allergy.

Welcome to The Red Barn Retreat! We are so excited for you to come visit our peaceful place. The barn was built in the early 1800’s and we completed its renovation in 2014 and an upgrade in 2020 to include air conditioning in the whole barn and new reclining leather couches. It is very special to our family and we hope it will be for you as well! It is a wonderful spot to relax and refresh and make lasting memories.
