The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This new construction home is ready to host you for your desert adventure! There are multiple award-winning golf courses within a few miles of the home, with a championship course just a short walk away. If you prefer to hike, there are many miles of hiking trails nearby in the Superstition Mountains. If you want the Arizona Experience you've come to the right place. Our views over the desert mountains and the golf course below. Enjoy the quiet of a golf course sanctuary, hidden in a valley away from the chaos of the city. Once off the free, you travel 7 minutes throughthe pristine desert to the entrance of the Queen Valley golf course. The location 1/2 hour from Mesa and about an hour from the airport. The views, private golf course and quiet are well worth the trip.

The guest suite

Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

Guests will have access to community areas including pool, parks, volleyball courts, etc. The home is an attached casita to our home but is 100% private. With private entrance and no shared entrance.
