Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided.
