To były wspaniałe 4 dni w samodzielnym domku z pięknym ogrodem i ogromnym zadaszonym tarasem. Nasz gospodarz był bardzo kontaktowy, dbał o każdy szczegół, polecał nam fajne miejsca w okolicy aby zjeść lub odwiedzić. W sąsiedztwie jest piękna świątynia, w której akurat odbywało się dwudniowe świętowanie na cześć Shivy i było to coś pięknego! Mieliśmy okazję uczestniczyć w tych obchodach i poznać lokalną kulturę religijną, lokalne kulinaria i zwyczaje. W pobliżu jest czysta i bardzo piękna niewielka plaża z cudownymi widokami i klifami. Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i wszystkie komfortowe udogodnienia: pralka, klimatyzacja, woda filtrowana. Mieliśmy wszystko by spędzić tam komfortowo bardzo relaksujący czas! Polecamy to miejsce z całego serca😊

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Sunaina. Sie und ihre Familie sind herzliche Gastgebende. Sunaina hat uns Tipps für An- und Abreise gegeben, die unsere Pläne ergänzt haben. Sie hat uns außerdem spontan eine tolle Canoe-Tour mit Vishnu zum Sonnenaufgang organisiert. Wir würden die Canou-Tour zum Sonnenaufgang allen empfehlen. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und am Abend mit vielen Lichterketten beleuchtet. Man kann direkt am Fluss entspannen. Das Essen ist lecker! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Munroe Island zu euch:)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the Shaun's kindness and willingness to help. He went above and beyond by connecting me with a reliable driver, which made getting around so much easier. His communication was quick and helpful throughout my stay. Kids would love the balcony 😉!I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!!

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property located right opposite the beach, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breathtaking views of the sea from the room was pure bliss. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the sand, making it perfect for early morning walks and sunset strolls. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether it was arranging local transport or suggesting places to eat, their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with the beach just across the road, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended – I’d definitely love to return!

Our Chef Ajith is an absolute culinary artist and put so much love and unique delicious flavors into his very personal cuisine. Ajith and our captain were wonderfully attentive and kind. I wasn’t prepared for how much I enjoyed staying at Samjana’s place. She’s an architect and designed the whole building herself. From the polished brick floors feeling delightful on my bare feet to the open balconies and kitchen, to waking up with an incredible view of the jungle birds and animals, we loved the balance between modern design and natural beauty. With Samjana’s internet booster, I was also able to work comfortably there. And we found delicious restaurants and friendly fruit & veg vendors at the junction within walking distance. We’re grateful for Samjana creating this place and sharing it with us. 🙏🏼

Babu's property is located extremely close to the cliff, making communication quite easy. Everything was at a walkable distance. The room was also quite good with all necessary amenities. The host and caretakers were extremely helpful, helping us out with anything we needed. They also have bikes for rent, which helped us in exploring Varkala. The property itself had a wonderful charm to it, making the stay an unique experience. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Varkala.

It’s a great place with a great host. The host Sanjeev is a nice guy treats guests really well. He suggests really good places, take his suggestion. Boat rides good cafés. The place is really clean with a beach which is just 150 meters with a great view. You can tell him about the food you want 3 - 4 hours prior. The home food provided as breakfast was awesome. I really recommend this place. You can party in the balcony with decent music. The vibe is good. Overall experience is 10/10 top notch.
