Loved this place! Even with an island wide power outage we always had power (generator). We lost water for a couple of days but the building fixed it. The only bad thing is that the fridge never worked and we kept getting the runaround so all of the food we got, had to be thrown away. Other than that, perfect place and location! The pictures don’t make it justice!

My wife and I stayed at Arlene's place during spring break with our two kids, ages 6 and 9. It was the perfect location -- beaches in all directions with plenty of restaurants within close proximity. Not quite walking distance, so having a car is a must, but being up on the hill is great because of the coastal breezes. We have been to Rincon many times and this was one of our favorite places to stay! Having the private pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing -- if we weren't out sightseeing, surfing, or walking the beaches, that's where we were! And even though we stayed during the widespread power outages, it did not affect our trip due to the solar power. What a great feature! We will definitely save this place for future trips to Rincon!

This Airbnb is perfect for both family and couples looking for a peaceful and picturesque get away. The combination of beautiful decor, prime location and outstanding cleanliness makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Rincon. The location is unbeatable- right on the beachfront with stunning views of clear blue water. All just steps away. There is nothing like going to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. We cannot wait to return and make more memories at this lovely beachfront haven.

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

PARADISE FOUND!!! The place is absolutely stunning. The location is the very best spot in Rincon. Aria helped with many details before we arrived. I was traveling with three teenage girls and we always felt very safe. The surf right in front of the condo was great. We were able to walk to many things and a short car ride connected us to so much more. Oh and AIR CONDITIONING heaven sent. The power went out in the town for 24 hours, but the apartment building has their own generator, so we were never put out. Coffee on the roof deck was divine. The pool is a great amenity also. I always used the coffee shop across the street (Jake's Java) in my GPS to find the place and that was super helpful. The food in walking distance was great. There is a bar across the street Big Kahuna, suprisingly amazing food. My girls had burgers, and I had grilled Mahi on a salad that was honestly one of the best meals. If you are going to Rincon. THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Book it, you will not regret it.

We had a great stay. The private pool area was perfect for the kids after a long beach day. When the power went out we were happy to have solar back up for lights and kitchen. The place and neighbors were very quiet. We would definitely book again.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

This beautiful home had everything my family of four needed. The patio doors completely open to the back yard doubling the living space. And the view of the ocean is amazing. It was a quick drive (5 mins maybe) down to the beach.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Casa Bomberos! The house was amazing, the amenities were amazing, and the location was so close to the beaches and central business district. The pool was the main highlight for us as we spent a lot of our time in it and around it with the gorgeous weather. Lindsay was amazing with her communication on everything we needed as well as recommendations. I would highly recommend getting this house for a large group as be careful there will be days you don't want to leave it!

Easily one of the best Airbnb’s I stayed at. Loved surfing down the street, getting brunch at Casa Isleña (though it was has white lotus vibes) and mostly just hanging out at the balcony. Just watching iguanas and staring out in the beautiful view. Wonderful host and beautiful house.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Rincon, and where we stayed greatly contributed to our enjoyment! We especially loved the view and were lucky enough to spot a whale jumping in the morning. We adjusted well to the house and felt mostly comfortable, though we wished there had been some kind of mosquito catchers. The location was very close to the beach and other nearby attractions. We will definitely come back!

Amazing location! Beds could be updated but we adjusted and had an amazing time! Carlos is fantastic and communication was excellent! Well stocked kitchen(pots pans, spices etc) bbq, and overall we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Carlos !

We had an amazing time at Surf View Villa! The home was exactly as described, had plenty of room for our group and was very comfortable. There was plenty of shady spots to escape the sun and the AC worked great. The lower level with the ping-pong table and grill was a perfect place to relax mid afternoon. The proximity to Sandy Beach and the restaurants there was fantastic. My elderly parents did have a hard time finding the home so make sure you know exactly where you are going! (However, Joseph was great and guided them there over the phone.) Great hosts and wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

The views are amazing from the balcony, so close to the ocean ! We felt comfortable and safe. All kitchen supplies available, bed comfortable, living area has nice couches and a big table. Also washer and dryer ! They provided beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Walkable to restaurants, Tamboo and Jake’s shack were our favorites.

This was my second time renting from Adam but in a different unit. The location is perfect - close to the beach, several places to eat, and a couple of markets for necessities and souvenirs. The atmosphere is relaxed at Sandy Beach, with the evenings full of live music from Big Kahuna bar down the street. This condo has great views of the water and the general neighborhood from both the front balcony and the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of both bath and beach towels. The kitchen had most things we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were a few extra amenities left behind by others (i.e. seasonings, salad dressings, shampoo). Ines is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns, which is appreciated. There are usually a few friendly stray cats around, as is common around Rincon.

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

Our family of four stayed here last year for spring break and decided to return again this year. It did not disappoint! The condo is clean and comfortable, with great amenities - including beach chairs, surf boards, and beach towels. The location can’t be beat - right on Sandy Beach, with a gorgeous balcony view, and several restaurant options in walking distance. Designated parking in a gated lot is easy and convenient - which is not the case everywhere in Rincon. During our stay, there was an island-wide power outage, and with the generator in the building, we barely noticed. The owner is friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Suleym was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place! The location was great for our needs and she happily provided us recommendations for local spots. When I got home, I realized I had left my sweatshirt in the bedroom and Suleym offered to mail it back to me. We hope to be back soon!

This comfortable condo is in a great location-right on the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Our family of 4 especially loved the roof top living space! This unit is exactly as pictured and squeaky clean. We have stayed in a few other units in this building and this one takes the cake!! We are already making plans to return!!

This was a delightful place to stay. The beach was wonderful, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to lots of really amazing restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay here again.

My partner and I had the best stay at Bobby's place!! The view from both decks was incredible and it was so nice to sit out there at the end of the day and watch the waves roll in. The condo was easy to find, clean and comfortable, and we didn't ever get up as early as we hoped because the bed was too comfortable!! Walking distance from the beach was great too! We left rested and with some great memories. Aside from that, Bobby is an awesome human and was more than accommodating when we asked to arrive 2 days prior to what we originally had planned!! We'd definitely stay again!
