Studio neuf,A/C, pour 2 adultes uniquement, cuisine sur la terrasse, sur une propriété idéalement situé en pleine nature, en bord de rivière, à 800 m de la belle plage de Coclès, à 2 km du centre de Puerto Viejo et à 6 km de la plage de Punta Uva. on peut y voir de nombreux animaux (toucans, singes, paresseux et beaucoup d'autres). Excellent wifi (Starlink).Nombreuses visites à proximité comme le Jaguar Center Rescue, le parc de Manzanillo ou le Ara Project. Supermarchés et restaurants à 800 m.

My place is 100 meters from the sand at the best surfing beach in the area with great sunset views. You’ll love the apartment due to the ambiance, the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Great for couples and solo adventurers. It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 4-yr-old toddler. There will be Happy Feet noise at times but we try to be mindful. Discount applied for this.
