La casa di Battista e' un ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la costa vicino ad Alghero. Sia se si va verso Capo Caccia, sia se si va verso nord, la posizione e' perfetta per arrivare senza problemi e in poco tempo. Inoltre, se non si ha voglia di un viaggio troppo lunghe, le spiagge sono molto vicine. Allo stesso tempo, per quelli che arrivano in aereo, la casa e' vicina all'aeroporto (ma non cosi' vicina da essere disturbati dai rumori degli aerei), cosa molto utile per arrivare e lasciare la casa. Tutto e' molto curato, partendo dal giardino esteriore, fino all'interno. Ilposto e' ottimo per trascorrere i giorni di relax. Battista e' molto accogliente e pronto a fornire le indicazioni necessarie. Tutte queste cose fanno della sua casa un ottimo punto di partenza per delle belle vacanze dalle parti di Alghero.

Lovely villa in the hills outside of Alghero. Beautiful garden with olive grove. Pool was lovely and clean. Kitchen has all you need for a few days and nice big fridge, although no oven. Nice and peaceful and Riccardo was on hand to help whenever we needed it. Very nice hosts who made sure that we had everything we needed. We arrived late and they made sure that we had stuff for breakfast the next day. Would recommend this for another trip. Alghero only a 5 minute drive away and not far to all the nice beaches.

Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa di Canio. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und für jeden Wunsch offen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderschöne Strände, wie z.b. den berühmten Strand "La Pelosa" (ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt).

Nice Flat, wiith a nice green Garden und a Terrace, we love it. The beatifil Beach is only a litle Walk 5 Minutes. There’s a good Beachbar, and a Supermarket 5 Minutes away.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Marta‘s Haus und der herrlichen Umgebung. Das Haus ist extrem geräumig ubd sehr nett eingerichtet! Die Highlights sond aber der super schöne private Garten und die Dachterasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick übers Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Die Kommunikation mit Marta und Stefania war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wenn wir wieder in den Norden von Sardinien kommen, werden wir wieder bei Marta anfragen! Danke für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Nos hemos alojado mi familia y yo una semana en casa de Giorgio. Ha sido todo fantástico, mucho mejor de lo esperado. La casa es amplia, con vistas espectaculares, en medio de la naturaleza y al lado del amarre. Giorgio y su familia han sido los mejores anfitriones, procurando en todo memento que estuviéramos bien. Nos encantaría volver pronto.

Die Schlafräume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und hatten überall Fliegengitter. Räumliche Abtrennung der 2 Familienbereiche vorhanden. Super viel Platz. Es handelt sich um ein komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Inkl. Fahrräder mit Helmen, SUP, sogar Werkzeug um Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren. Die Küche ist groß und komplett ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Dank für die schöne Woche

Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

Toto ubytovanie bolo lepšie ako som mohla cakat. Krajšie ako na fotkách. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. Každému kto pôjde na tento smer odporučím toto ubytovanie. A určite sa ešte vrátim! Komunikácia s majiteľom top ! Nemám čo vytknúť 12/10

What a wonderful maisonette, on 3 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms - a super kitchen/dining area - all fitted out beautifully with great attention to detail and spotless. The initial engagement with Francesca was detailed, friendly and thorough - facilitating us by arranging for the fridge to be well stocked and collections from airport arranged with their charming and ever helpful concierge. The beach is 5mins, a well-stocked shop/ delicatessen on the doorstep, we would love to come back and spend more time here in the near future - thoroughly recommend this wonderful spot and the crew who take care of it!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

Pobyt u Sabriny bol úžasný. Malebný domček, ktorý je celkom pekne zrekonštrovaný, sme si veľmi obľúbilu. Súkromie, bazén a mnoho posedení, kde sedeli pri káve, sú na nezaplatenie. Veľmi odporúčam každému, kto hľadá súkromie, ticho a pritom čisté a nádherné bývanie, z ktorého sa dá vyraziť na výlety.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

What a great place to stay. All of us loved it. The kids had space to run and play. The pool was 5 out 5. Really good for kids as there is big shallow bit which was able. We felt welcomed and loved it! We can't wait to come back.
