Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Walter è stato molto confortevole e pratico. La posizione è stata infatti perfetta per visitare le più belle calette del Monte Argentario e per rilassarsi alle terme di Saturnia. Walter è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulle attività e i ristoranti in zona.

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, il parcheggio non a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio, e soprattutto il terrazzo. Abbiamo trascorso felicemente tantissimo tempo in terrazzo, per la colazione e per la cena. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve, con una grande lavastoviglie. La permanenza è stata ottima. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

La casa era perfetta, pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Il posto molto bello e tranquillo, tutte le persone molto cordiali. Molto gentili a darci gli sconti per il parco e per i parcheggi in spiaggia. Abbiamo amato i cani e il gatto che ci venivano a salutare la mattina e la sera al nostro rientro. A 2 minuti di macchina dal centro di Alberese, da cui partono tutti i sentieri per esplorare il parco della Maremma.

Super happy with our stay and will come back again for sure! The apartment is in a calm area, has free parking on the premises, was very spacious and fit all of our needs. Elisa was VERY accommodating especially because we were travelling with twin toddlers. I have never stayed at a cleaner AirBnb! The place was immaculate, super organised and welcoming. There was coffee and a simple breakfast waiting for us and Elisa had left recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This apartment made our trip even better!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Simona è stata gentile e disponibile fin dai primi contatti della prenotazione. L’appartamento è ben curato, pulito e offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere in tranquillità e comfort un ottimo soggiorno. La zona è nei dintorni di Porto Santo Stefano che si può raggiungere in meno di 5 minuti in macchia e volendo anche a piedi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra neonata di 3 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo, Simona ci ha anche messo a disposizione un lettino per lei. Assolutamente consigliato!

房屋坐落在一个小山坡顶端位置，停车场一面可以俯瞰一片麦田，早晨太阳升起，阳光撒在飘满晨雾的田地里，美极了。房子的另一面是一条延伸到山坡顶的公路，太阳会在公路尽头落下，值得一看。房间整洁干净，lucia热情友好。

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns in Samueles Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir uns für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen: von gemütlichen Liegestühlen auf dem Balkon bis hin zu neuen bequemen Matratzen in allen Betten :) Der Pool ist groß und schön und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Samuele hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und immer gute Lösungen gefunden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...
