What a beautiful house! Gina has so many extra personal touches added in the house. Furnishings were very tasteful and so clean. Felt like home & so much nicer than a hotel. Close to Radford, Blacksburg & restaurants.

Good location away from the town and great hospitality

Enjoyed our brief stay. The place suited our needs perfectly. Bicycling was great. Short ride to Draper. Great Ice Cream at the Conery!

My family and I had a great time. House was very clean and we had a beautiful sunset view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 12 just spent an amazing Thanksgiving here. It was plenty big enough for all of us to spread out. In fact, it is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Even though it’s November we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and the dock. We took our Christmas card picture with the beautiful scenery behind us. I highly recommend this house - it has everything you could want!

The house and farm were absolutely beautiful! We loved the location as it was easy to get to the main roads, yet felt like you were away from everything. The house was very comfortable and had many nice touches, including some delicious beef jerky from the farm! Tom and Madeline were super friendly and were very responsive when the WiFi needed to be reset. It was cool to hear some of the history of the farm too. And our dog loved sitting on the porch watching the cows and all the activity. And as a bonus, he got to play with their dogs too! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay!! We will definitely be back again. Thanks for everything.

We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect setting to convene three households with small children. The open floorplan was great to let the kids run around. Also, they loved the bunkbeds! The game room in the basement gave us all something to do during one day of bad weather. The view from the deck out onto the lake is picturesque. Rodney and Company were incredible hosts. Very responsive. Also, the home was delivered to us in immaculate condition. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful lake house! We hope to come back next year!

Hokies Haven was great! It was exactly what we had hoped for. The newer townhome was clean with plenty of room both on the first floor living area as well as in the bedrooms. The additional space downstairs is a plus too. Kelly is a friendly, responsive host always willing to fill you in or answer your questions. Being so close to VT, as well as it being dog friendly, were definitely two additional features that made this place so special!

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

As advertised. Easy and great communication. Had everything that was needed for our family of 4 and pup. Towels were nice and not thin. The beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were soft & clean. We are Hokies so we loved all the Hokie decor. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay everyone was very friendly. Great parking towed our motorcycles with trailers and had plenty of room for trucks and trailers also place to park bikes. Was right off blue ridge parkway. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfect family setting! beautiful home! Amazing amenities and a porch meant for sitting! The yard is nicely cleaned and fenced in so little ones and Dogs are safe while enjoying the great outdoors! There's even a Poo Station! The home is well appointed with all of the things that you need for your stay! Nice big couch, recliner, bar stools for the extremely nice kitchen, and a butcher block table to die for! The appliances are up to date, plenty of refrigerator space, and a full range with oven and over the top microwave with a true pass through exhaust fan! The mattresses are medium to firm, and comfortable as they get! Parking is abundant and super convenient to the side deck for loading and unloading! The place is a Hidden Treasure in Southern West Virginia!!!!

I cannot put into words how great this stay was! The place is perfectly situated, super clean and welcoming, and completely stocked with anything you would ever need! I had a fantastic time staying there and would recommend it to everyone! I will be back, guaranteed! Thank you guys so much!

We loved this place. We wish we could have spent more time there , but we were so busy with my daughter’s horse show. We will definitely stay here again in the near future .

We get together with our friends and their children every year around Thanksgiving for a Friendsgiving. We met in college (VT) so this year we decided to attend the VT vs UVA game together. The cabin was great. Overall, we’d recommend this place to stay just a short while from VT.

This was my second time staying at Amanda’s tiny home. It’s perfection. It was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the peace after a long day of driving and activities. The home itself is an oasis. I love the layout, and I adore the beautiful and unique shower, kitchen sink, and kitchen counter with glimmers of gold. ✨ Hope to stay here again in the future, for a weekend and not a quick evening! Great place to get away from everything and enjoy nature. Lots of birds. The stars are amazing.

Unique Stay in a Blue Bird Bus! What a one-of-a-kind experience! The campsite was peaceful and beautifully set in nature, and the converted Blue Bird bus was such a cool and cozy place to spend the night. The fireplace outside was a dream—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Inside, the bed was super comfy, and the shower area was amazing. I even had a warm, refreshing shower early in the morning before hitting the road. A special shoutout to Audrey for the surprise 10-minute photoshoot with my Tesla and the vintage bus—such a fun and thoughtful touch! This spot was the perfect overnight rest stop on my long drive back to Virginia. Thank you for hosting such a special stay!

We loved this place! It was so peaceful to be on the water and our dog couldn’t get enough of swimming in the river. It’s very easy to get to. The screened porch was fantastic! The only time we were inside was to sleep!!

New River Retreat was a beautiful home and location. The set-up of the house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized and set-up to make us comfortable. The extra space in the basement was perfect for my teenager to hangout. The wrap around porch and yard were perfect for enjoying the serenity of the river and yard. We would definitely come back again! Thank you for a great stay!

We were in town to visit Radford University and needed a place that allowed dogs. Wesley Pine Cottage was a great pick! It was clean, cozy and the surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful. The 10 minutes drive to Radford was a plus. Samantha is a wonderful host!
