El servicio su EXCELENTE Jorge, Alicia y du hijo Bruno siempre estan disponibles para ayudar y cocinan impresionante. El único detalle que encontramos en la casa fue que en el cuarto principal hay muchos bichitos porque el techo es de palapa

La casa esta hermosa, ingresar al club de playa es sencillo y el mar esta tranquilo. Lleven zapatos de agua.

Nos encanto quedarnos en este lugar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Nos gusto mucho la seguridad que tiene este lugar. Definitivamente nos encantaría volver a escoger este lugar!

El lugar es muy cómodo y muy amplio para varias personas, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y en la cocina puedes encontrar todo lo básico para cocinar. Está ubicado en un muy buen lugar, hay muchas opciones para desayuno, comida y cena muy cerca y puedes ir caminando. Muy amable la persona que se comunicó conmigo, siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Desde un inicio las indicaciones para llegar al lugar fueron muy claras y siempre contestó muy amablemente. Lo único que comentaría del lugar es que podrían agregar más toallas a las habitaciones.

Está bien ubicada, la alberca es grande y está increíble que sea para ti solo, no me encantó que estuviera sucio al momento de nuestra llegada (toallas sucias, el bote de basura del baño de “visitas” sucio, los cubiertos estaban sucios) las regaderas sacaban muuuuuuuuy poquita agua era difícil bañarse por eso, el baño de la recámara más grande apestaba horrible a caño… tiene un jardín muy bonito y en general tiene un estilo rústico lindo… a la salida, el personal de limpieza llegó 10:30, media hora antes de nuestra salida, comenzaron a limpiar con nosotros aún ahí, no los saludaron ni nada, eso se me hizo muy grosero. Está bien, pero está EXCESIVAMENTE CARO para lo que ofrece. No se si volvería. Puntos extra por ser pet friendly pero en general… meh.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Bucerías! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy outdoor space. Pao was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a charming town, I recommend this place.

Excelente lugar para tomar un descanso, bastante cerca de la playa, zona hotelera y restaurantes, excelente ubicación en general. Muy cómodo, 100% recomendable.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa, es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en la casa de Aarón y todo excelente, muy cómoda, zona tranquila, muy cerca de la playa, Gracias por la excelente atención a Aarón y a Diego, 10/10, recomiendo demasiado su Casa

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Lovely clean apartment. Just like the pictures. Comes with a stocked kitchen, and the bathrooms are lovely and tidy. Has full modern amenities. It can get a little noisy at night (depending on when you go) but it didn't bother me much. Neighboring building is also very friendly. Host is very communicative and I didn't have any problems. Everything is within walking distance and it's generally a safe area so I didn't feel like I needed to uber everywhere (solo female traveler).

Of all the things that bug me the most it is a host that doesn’t get back to you. Roxy and NAYA homes are always very responsive. The only complaint I had was a piece of furniture was broken and nobody came to fix it. Absolutely did not ruin my stay! I would stay here again and again!

Esmeralda si es una super host, es super amable, responde rápido y estuvo muy dispuesta a resolver cualquier tema que sugiera sobre la estancia o el departamento. Su calidez en el trato y amabilidad es lo que hace una gran diferencia y asegura que se disfrute al máximo. El departamento es lindo, cómodo, amplio y muy tranquilo. La alberca y el jacuzzi del complejo son bastante grandes y disfrutables también. Las recomendaciones sobre a dónde ir y en dónde comer fueron muy atinadas. Queda a unas cuadras del mercado del mar y la marina. Además, la ubicación es ideal ya que queda cerca de otros lugares lindos. Algo adicional es que el departamento es muy accesible, hay elevador y rampas en el edificio, por lo que una persona de edad avanzada puede moverse bien. En resumen, mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este lugar, seguramente volveremos.

Excelente ubicación, en la zona romántica, cerca de todo, muy fácil acceso, y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en forma anticipada ya que llegamos a PV muy temprano, Dinorah siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier duda que teníamos y respondía rápido.

We can’t say enough about our stay! The space is modern yet cozy, with high-quality finishes, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to relax. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was truly magical. We saw whales every day and even a school of dolphins once, all from the amazing deck. The concierge staff and the host were extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. The building itself is top-notch—secure, well-maintained, and packed with amenities that elevate the stay to luxury resort levels. The rooftop pool is the highlight: infinity-edge with panoramic views, plush loungers, and a bar and restaurant. The food and drinks were terrific. Another unexpected surprise was the fitness center. It’s bright, clean, and impressively well-equipped. We loved working out with a direct view of the ocean. And of course, Puerto Vallarta itself is stunning—charming, safe, and full of life. We’re already planning our return trip!

Very new condominium with new furniture, kitchen accessories, towels and linens. Frequent communication from the Beach Please property management simply to ask how we were doing. We were very appreciative of their proactive communication. Our unit was exactly like the AIRBNB photographs. Additionally, the building is very secure with a front desk agent able to help at anytime. Excellent restaurants within walking distance including one of Puerto Vallarta’s best grocery stores. The Versailles and Fluvial neighborhood’s have an abundance of great restaurants, coffee shops and a wonderful gelato shop 1 block from the condo.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, muy tranquilo para descansar, hermosa vista desde el área de la alberca, el departamento muy limpio, todo ordenado, en la zona hay muchos lugares para caminar, la playa está cerca, hay plazas y centros comerciales cerca, es un muy buen lugar para tomar vacaciones...

Me gusto la ubicación y la alberca. Muy cerca de la playa, muy bonita pero al ser temporada alta estaba muy llena.

Departamento Super amplio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, todo súper céntrico

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a great place to relax and have access to PV. This is a great place to choose. Gonzalo Is very responsive and super helpful with excursions and activities to consider while visiting. The roof top is amazing!! The views are memorable and the staff is top notch! We will definitely be considering this place when we visit PV again.

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.

Great location, the place had everything we needed. Easy check in and communication. We already booked to come back.

Excelente ubicación para moverse de Puerto Vallarta a las playas aledañas. La calle de atrás está llena de restaurantes (tacos, comida italiana, antojitos mexicanos, etc.) El depa súper amplio y con todo lo que se anunciaba. La alberca recomendada. Sin duda lo recomendable y lo volvería a reservar para futuros viajes.
