Casale molto ben curato, completo di tutto. Ideale per due famiglie con bambini grazie anche allo spazio esterno. Pulizia impeccabile. Silvia e il marito gentili e disponibili. Una chicca è stata la degustazione in cantina da loro offerta. Sicuramente da ritornarci in estate per usufruire della piscina. 🤩

Wir waren mit unserem Hund in der casetta. Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man benötigt, absulut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Da wir Anfang September dort waren waren wir ganz alleine auf dem Landgut und konnten ausgiebig den tollen Pool und die Ruhe auf dem Land genießen. Die Gastgeber die jeden Tag einmal vor Ort waren sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch mal dort hin fahren.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

We felt we were staying in a dream Tuscan cottage. Plenty of room and everything a traveller could need was available. Serena makes beautiful soap from their olives and left one in each bathroom for our use. We also chose to pay for cooking with the hosts and spent some time in their kitchen with them getting to know them. The food was amazing and the hosts were beyond accommodating. We were lucky to be here in October during a time of olive harvesting and could watch a bit of the harvest. It’s very easy to make day trips from this location and a small town nearby has any groceries you may need but the fridge and kitchen was already stocked with essentials including butter, bread, beer water, coffee and more. We were happy to arrive and sad to leave. Thanks for an amazing stay under the Tuscan sun and moon ❤️

Dejligt sted med ro og plads til afslapning. Lejligheden er udstyret med næsten alt hvad man behøver. Værterne er søde og imødekommende og vil gerne hjælpe ved behov. De bor ved siden af, men der er stadig fint rum til privatliv. Eneste minus er at der er lidt mange insekter som kan være lidt forstyrrende, så husk myggespray eller andet!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa de Virginia et nous avons adoré l’endroit! Un véritable havre de paix, le domaine est magnifique et la piscine superbe. Une vue magnifique et en pleine nature. Des hôtes discrets mais disponibles quand vous en avez besoin, très réactifs. Je recommande sans hésiter !

A stay which far exceeded my expectations! A very comfortable, clean and spacious house, with excellent facilities. The outdoor facilities are particularly excellent, with a large pool area, barbecue and extensive garden. Also, an excellent location - surrounded by beautiful countryside, but also close to charming and historic towns to visit. Valeria was very welcoming and friendly and was very happy to be flexible in our arrival and departure times. I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche bei Joanne und Tony verbringen dürfen. Die beiden sind wunderbar und bringen britische Gastfreundschaft mit umbrisch-toskanischem Flair in Perfektion zusammen. Das Pizza-Event war großartig und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir durften Ende April auch schon den makellosen Salzwasserpool mit tollem Ausblick nutzen. Unsere Wohnung war überaus charmant, sauber, ruhig und urgemütlich mit guten Betten. Sie war groß genug und ausreichend ausgestattet für 4 Personen, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Ein Smart-TV und sehr zuverlässiges Internet komplettierten den tollen Gesamteindruck. Highlight waren natürlich jederzeit der überwältigende Fernblick ins wunderschöne Umland bis nach Orvieto und die beiden Gastgeber, denen man die Leidenschaft anmerkt. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage sollte man mobil sein, um etwas unternehmen zu können. Aber wer das ist, kann in Casala Zeno für eine Zeit lang wahres Glück finden.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Una tre giorni nella calma della natura in una struttura a due passi dal lago con piscina e sauna a disposizione. Host veramente disponibile e casa perfetta per noi che eravamo in 10! Tutto pulito e funzionale. Barbecue esterno, altalene, tavoli e altri servizi rappresentano un plus non banale. Ci torneremo.

Erwartungen übertroffen ✨ Anette und ihr Haus haben komplett unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es mangelte an nichts und bei Fragen konnte Anette sofort helfen. ☺️ Das Haus, der Garten und die Gegend sind atemberaubend schön! Wir hatten den tollsten Urlaub, den wir uns je hätten vorstellen können. 🗺️🌞 Rom und andere kleinere Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und der Lago di Bolsena ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns ein Boot für einen halben Tag gemietet, um die Inseln zu erkunden - wirklich eine riesige Empfehlung! 🚤🪸 Wer hier nicht zuschlägt, verpasst definitiv einen tollen Urlaub! 🧳💕

L’alloggio è meraviglioso, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. La nostra parte preferita? Gli affacci mozzafiato sulla Maremma e sui campi di ulivi: un vero incanto per gli occhi e per la mente. Immerso nella natura, ci ha regalato il canto degli uccelli al mattino e un cielo stellato spettacolare di notte. Le temperature quasi estive ci hanno permesso di godere appieno della splendida piscina panoramica, che sia noi che i bambini abbiamo adorato. Alessandro è un host eccezionale: ci ha accolti con grande calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa, anche con due bambini (di cui un neonato). I suoi consigli si sono rivelati preziosi per vivere al meglio i nostri – purtroppo pochi – giorni. Torneremo sicuramente per ritrovare questo angolo di natura incontaminata e pace assoluta.

It‘s a beautiful place with an awesome view. The house, garden and pool area are great. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had the perfect holiday in Orvieto at Nicoletta’s house- it perfectly suited our group of six, which included two children and a disabled adult. The house is handicap accessible, especially the ground floor bedroom! It was stormy and cool during our stay and we stayed cozy with the radiant floor heating and comfortable beds. There were even things for the kids to play with, like games and lego’s. I cooked 4 dinners in the kitchen and can confirm it has everything you need and more. The view is beautiful and it’s close enough to town but far enough to feel like you’re really out in nature- beautiful birdsong every morning. We saw deer, rabbits, a wild boar, and a fox. I hope we can come back someday in the summer!

We had a lovely stay in the tower! Andrea was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home. It's an extremely beautiful tower (the pictures don't do the area justice!). If you're thinking about it, definitely stay here. Also, it is only 6 min. away from Tenuta Le Velette where we did a wine tasting/tour and ~16 min. from the Orvieto funicular.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

We felt mesmerized by the beauty of the location. The surroundings were very beautiful and also the inside of the house was so well taken care of. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and clean. Also for kids there was enough to do. Our 10y/o son could enjoy the swimming pool, lay in the hammock and play with the 2 cutest dogs. The host Monika was very friendly. She explained about where to visit, what restaurants were good, etc. She also was helpful in making reservations for us. Pomantello lays quite remote, but we loved it so much. It was definitely a place where we could relax. There was so much to explore in the near surroundings like Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's nearby cities and villages. The medieval cities on the tuff mountains are so beautiful and the views are stunning. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like to come back one day!

Without a doubt the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. The renovation of the monastery was so tastefully done that it seems ancient while accommodating modern needs. Sunrise on the rooftop was magical and the donkeys on the property were so fun and the pups on the property too were so cute! Overall amazing experience. Breakfast was very tasty and everyone was so nice on the property. A true relaxing retreat.

le foto non rendono giustizia a questo angolo di paradiso, ci siamo trovate benissimo e tutto era impeccabile. saremmo state volentieri una settimana! il posto è molto isolato, il che è un enorme pro, ma bisogna contare sempre di spostarsi in macchine in stradine di campagna. carmine è stato reattivo, flessibile e gentilissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Ein großer Wohnbereich, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer, ein eigenes kleines Haus mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker, Pizzaofen und schöner Pool. Dazu sind die beiden Gastgeber:innnen total lieb und wir konnten sogar bei der Weinernte mithelfen. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Bellissima! This spacious Italian villa in the lush Umbrian Hills is part of an olive estate owned by the gracious hosts, Claudia and Alessandro. It has a magnificent view of the countryside and the distant hills, including the charming medieval hilltop town of Todi. The region is lush and green and even in October is perfumed with the scent of wild mint, lavender, rosemary and thyme. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a vacation rental (even with a teapot, bless you!) We were lucky to stay there during the olive harvest and were able to buy some delicious olive oil straight off the press. Grazie mille per tutto, Claudia and Alessandro; we will think of Passo della Polomba while we enjoy our olive oil back in Canada! Arrivederci e alla prossima!
