Soggiorno perfetto in tutto, posizione molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte, host molto gentile, amichevole e molto ben predisposta a dare informazioni e a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente; molto consigliato

L'appartamento era davvero curato e non mancava nulla. La terrazza semplicemente meravigliosa, la vista altrettanto. Praticamente in spiaggia! I proprietari persone veramente carine, affabili ed estremamente disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!

Perfect place to stay with close proximity to town. B&B was clean, cozy and quiet. Giovanni was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend Predio San Fernando to anyone visiting this region, and I would stay again.

La casa è in pieno centro, a poca distanza da Civita, molto comoda per fare la passeggiata a piedi fino alla città fantasma. Grazie Sandra per la bellissima atmosfera, per l'accoglienza, e per l'abbondante colazione con tutto preparato a casa, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!

Un casale di pietra su un poggio davanti ad un panorama che si estende fino al Soratte. Ospitalità, simpatia, calore e una soluzione per qualsiasi problema.

Een paradijselijk plekje met buitengewoon gastvrije hosts. Alleszins een aanrader, ook met jonge kinderen - wij waren er met kinderen van 4 en 5 jaar.

Bardzo nastrojowe, klimatyczne miejsce z magicznym ogrodem i historią. Przemili właściciele, którym bardzo dziękujemy za ciasteczka :). Jeśli rozważasz pobyt w tej okolicy, to miejsce jest wyjątkowe. Bardzo polecamy.

Malgoratza (Margherita in italiano) è una ospite che ti fa sentire fin dal primo momento un graditissimo ospite, in una dimensione bucolica particolarissima, con tutti i comfort di un piccolo resort!

B&b molto bello e finemente arredato. Colazione completa, dolce e salata. Barbara super cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Great quiet place with great owners and good dog. Its very quiet so I slept like a stone at the bottom of the lake. Breakfast was local and very tasty. Owners are great to talk to and very friendly. I had just a stopover there but felt really nice welcomed.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une très belle chambre, un endroit magnifique et super calme. Proche des thermes en voiture. L’hôte est très accueillant. Et le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux avec des produits locaux.

Stayed here for a night before we cruised. 10 of us ranging from 4 years to 71! The Mabell family were very helpful and welcoming. Even gave us a lift to the local bar/cafe after telling us where it was. Happy to help with bookings and local info, sorted taxis for us and actually took us to the port shuttle drop off. Rooms were clean and nicely finished. Air con was spot on! The breakfast was tasty and everybody fell in love with the dog (Pooba!). Our baggage was lost and the host helped us sort that too. Felt comfortable and homely and got us out of a right pickle with getting us to the port. Great stuff 👍🏻 👍🏻 thanks guys

Alloggio perfetto per visitare la Tuscia e il lago di Bolsena. Bellissima casa di campagna con grande spazio recintato e area cani. Disponibilità dei proprietari ad ogni esigenza, cucina attrezzata, colazione inclusa nel prezzo,. Una volta giunti si viene accolti dalla tranquillità del posto e dai cani coccolosi. Melanie e Fabio sono disponibili, cordiali e amichevoli senza mai invadere la privacy. Da ritornare

Rosy was ontzettend aardig voor ons en heeft het ons zeer gemakkelijk gemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht en een lekker zwembad. Manciano ligt in de buurt, waar je gezellig kunt eten.

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lola per la posizione strategica per poter fare una parte del Cammino di Germanico, che parte appunto da Amelia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per la posizione della struttura, per le sue caratteristiche e per l'estrema tranquillità della zona. A contatto con la natura, con un bel giardino, una bella vista, spazi verdi. La casa è molto carina, in stile rustico e accogliente, gli host sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili, la colazione buona e abbondante. In più, abbiamo goduto delle coccole di Lola, la cagnolona degli host, buonissima e dolcissima, da cui il B&B prende il nome. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri.

Alloggio rustico in casale umbro perfettamente arredato con piscina, pulitissimo e rilassante. Per chi vuole godersi relax nella natura. Super consigliato!

If I could give 6 stars I would. So so divine. Great service and welcoming hosts. Breakfast and dinner was stunning and homemade. Even though the garden dinners are later in the year, they brought us meat and cheese in the hot tub. A little slice of Africa!! Highly recommend.
