We enjoyed our stay at Carmen's. The place is great with the fireplace and the view is amazing. She was very welcoming. At the beginning she had proposed for us to pay for the gas consumption, we explained that we never had to pay for it with airbnb. She understood but wanted us to be respectful with the usage. We will come back in summer to jump in the pool!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato al villino per 4 giorni. Ci ha accolti Maria Laura mostrandoci la casa e consigliandoci dei posti da visitare durante il soggiorno. È stata accogliente e fin da subito disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è splendida, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e ben riscaldata. Dal giardino è possibile ammirare il Monte Terminillo in tutto il suo splendore. La zona è ben riparata e silenziosa ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto.

This is the most gorgeous villa! Everything about it is absolutely magical. The home and the views are breathtaking. It felt like I was living in an Italian dream. :)

Bel posto, spazio molto accogliente e isolato per feste

Una location veramente speciale a pochi km da Roma. Il casale e tutto il parco circostante è tenuto egregiamente dai proprietari. Questo a dimostrazione di quanto siano orgogliosi di condovidere un luogo autentico tramandato da generazioni. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

la casa è risultata ancora più bella di come appare in foto, molto ben arredata ed accessoriata ci e sembrato di fare le vacanze di capodanno in una casa abitata, calda e accogliente. Cosa molto importante per vivere al meglio questo periodo invernale. Grazie all'host Paolo sempre gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è grande ed accogliente, perfetta per un soggiorno di relax in amicizia. Francesca è una host disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente.

This was the best place we stayed in, in our trip to Italy. Marco, Erika and Gerry are amazing hosts! We enjoyed a lot the house, with its incredible view and amenities. Great recommendations around and very peaceful surroundings. Is really a great choice! My family and I loved it :)

Affittata per i "100 giorni alla maturità" per passare un po' di tempo assieme, non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Casa spettacolare, tanti spazi comuni dove passare tempo insieme e divertirsi, proprietari gentili e cordiali... se dovessero verificarsi altre evenienze di questo tipo non esiterei a tornare con altri amici. Sicuramente perfetta anche per stare in compagnia di una grande famiglia. Di seguito foto della bella permanenza❤️

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

La Villa è ancora più bella e grande dal vivo. Una location molto suggestiva, con calma e quiete intorno. I proprietari sono persone squisite, molto disponibili e gentili. La mattina dopo il pernottamento, ci hanno fatto portare cornetti per la colazione. Terrò sicuramente in considerazione per future date.

mooie locatie voor een grote groep of familie met de 8 slaapkamers en 8 badkamers, doch het zou duidelijker moeten zijn dat de huizen alleen via buiten met elkaar connecteren, ieder huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Dus er zijn ook 2 keukens.

My friends and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Livia's place - the property is absolutely gorgeous and really feels like a piece of heaven on earth. The villa had everything we needed for our one week stay and plenty of room for a big group of people. Livia is also an amazing host - super responsive and helpful. This was truly the best stay - highly recommended!

La casa è davvero bella, silenziosa e dotata di stanze spaziose e arredate in modo molto gradevole. La cucina è attrezzatissima. Lo spazio per mangiare all’aperto ha reso le nostre cene estremamente piacevoli in un periodo di gran caldo. La piscina è tenuta con molta cura e ha dimensioni ampie. C’è ombra e sono disponibili molti lettini comodissimi. La signora Barbara è davvero veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi quesito e la sua cortesia e’ fuori del comune. Ci siamo trovati bene e consigliamo una vacanza in questa bella proprietà senza riserve.

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza in questo Airbnb. La casa era pulita, confortevole e ben attrezzata, come descritto nell'annuncio. La posizione è ideale, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona circostante. L'host è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, offrendo consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno.

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

Als je een heel fijn, privé gelegen, met een groot zwembad, goed voorzien van equipment, 3 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers, woning zoekt, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Je hoort de vogels de hele dag fluiten, je kan lekker in de tuin van de natuur genieten, op korte afstanden van prachtige natuur, wandelingen, maar ook steden (o.a. Rome, Tivoli, Rieti) etc. dan zit je hier goed. Een nadeel; als je eenmaal hier bent wil je niet meer weg :-)
