Province of Prato : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

אנחנו מטיילים המון עם דירות של b.n.b וזו הדירה הכי יפה שהיינו בה מכל עשרות הדירות! דירה קסומה! בתוך בית טוסקני עתיק הדירה חדשה ומשופצת. מודרנית. מבריקה מניקיון. מרווחת מאד. הכל יפהפה בדירה, ומרגישים שהמארחים חשבו על כל פרט קטן: המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שאפשר לדמיין. חדר האמבטיה מעוצבן בצורה יפהפיה. הכל מוקפד עד הפרט הכי קטן. מגבות רכות וגדולות. מיטות מפנקות ונוחות ממש! באנו עם תינוק וקיבלנו מיטה מיוחדת לתינוק ואפילו צעצועים בשבילו. הדירה היתה מבריקה ומצוחצחת. והעיצוב שלה מאד מוקפד. מאד אסתטי. המאחרים נפלאים. ענו לכל שאלה במהירות. נשמח לחזור!

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Logement très propre. Très bien situé pour la visite de Prato, mais egalement pour aller vers Florence( la gare est à 5 minutes puis 20 à 30 min). Logement dans un quartier calme. Avec pizzeria et restaurants autour, ainsi que tous les autres commerces utiles (boucherie, supermarché, pharmacie...) Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits en couple avec nos 2 enfants.... Le séjour s est parfaitement déroule.

Great stay at Prato !! Marco was a great host !! He provided great communication prior to our arrival, greeted us upon our arrival, and even helped with the luggage. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The 10 minute walk to the train station made site seeing much easier!! Highly recommend !! Grazie Marco !!

Apartamento como descrito. Instalações muito boas. Três bons quartos e dois banheiros. Demais espaços bem amplos. Cozinha com bons aparelhos e materiais. Fica no Prato, uma Comuna vizinha a Florença. Estação do trem, a uns 15min de caminhada. Nada que incomode. De trem para Florença, 20min, em média. Tem estacionamento público próximo. Recomendo.

l'appartamento è esattamente come lo vedete in foto: curato, ricercato, sofisticato ma caldo e accogliente. È molto piacevole soggiornarvi. Consigliatissimo!

O apartamento é lindo e bem maior do que parece. Estava com mais duas amigas e nos sentimos em casa! Ele é todo equipado com alarmes e travas, então junto com a região super tranquila, nos sentimos muito seguras. Todos os cômodos eram muito bem equipados, principalmente a cozinha. Gostaríamos de poder ficar mais tempo para aproveitar mais ainda o apartamento encantador. Ele é bem próximo de pontos de ônibus e encontramos vagas próximas todos os dias para o nosso carro. Daniela foi muito atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia e sempre muito solicita para ajudar em qualquer dúvida que surgisse. Amamos a estadia e recomendamos muito!

Bella casa a pochissimi passi dal centro storico di Prato basta attraversare il bel ponte. Molto vicino alla stazione centrale. Casa spaziosa ed elegante.

Un soggiorno che ha rispecchiato pienamente il nostro ideale di vacanza. Il luogo è semplicemente magico: immerso nella quiete, un po’ fuori dal tempo e lontano dalla frenesia della routine quotidiana. I ritmi lenti, la natura intorno e l’atmosfera rilassata ci hanno regalato giorni di vero relax e rigenerazione. La casa è arredata con gusto romantico in stile francese, un vero piccolo nido d’amore dove ci si sente coccolati e subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riccardo, un host davvero straordinario: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

Marco’s apartment was awesome for our month stay in Florence! It was clean, spacious for a couple and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. The location is nice and quiet while having some great restaurants nearby and still just a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions of Florence.

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Photos of the place do not do justice to how beautiful and impecable it is. Also, Karin was very approachable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

We loved our stay at Lorenzo’s place. We were a party of four adults and a baby. Lorenzo was very accommodating in organising a cot and highchair. The bedrooms are spacious and having the upper deck off them was great, opening the curtains in the morning to that view is a fantastic way to start the day. The garden is lovely, and we enjoyed visits from Lorenzo’s cats, although they did not come into the house. We walked into the town most days, it is a pleasant walk, even pushing a stroller. Everyone we met was very friendly, San Miniato has all the charm of a hilltop town without hordes of visitors. We had some great meals, Lorenzo had left a book of local information, including recommendations for restaurants, which we made good use of. We could have stayed longer, and will do so if we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Lorenzo.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Magnifique appartement, très bien équipé! Très spacieux. Emplacement idéal, proche de Florence. Le centre de Prato est très sympa également. Très bon accueil de Francesco. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à cet endroit, à conseiller!

Appartamento delizioso, curato e molto pulito. Si percepisce la cura di ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con due bambine piccole ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Elisa gentilissima e disponibile. Super consigliato 👍

Una notte e via.. Sicuramente lo consiglierò ai miei amici, l'appartamento è molto confortevole e curato, situato vicino a fermata dei pulman dove comodamente puoi raggiungere il centro di Firenze e goderti la giornata... Antonio super attento e preciso in tutto lo ringrazio presto tornerò.

Alloggio nuovo, bello e pulitissimo, ben fornito e facile da trovare. Ottimo self check-in., ma l'host mi ha accolto di persona: sempre molto disponibile e reattivo. Non dubitare sull'alta qualità del servizio.. parcheggio gratuito in strada non sempre facile da trovare in certi periodi dell'anno (ponti, festività). quartiere residenziale/popolare: tutto sommato buono, mi sono sentita tranquilla anche rientrando dopo cena a piedi con famiglia.

It was just as listed. Perfect location to train and town center. Beautiful new interior and all the amenities you need. Felt very at home and can’t wait to book again. Prato is the perfect spot between larger cities to relax but still close enough to everything you need. Host (s) were extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Perfect trip !!
