Province of Pisa : locations de vacances avec terrasse

La maison de Monica est tout simplement originale, située proche du centre ville (dans un beau quartier de Livourne), spacieuse (nous étions 3), confortable; le jardin d'hiver est génial pour y déjeuner ! C'est une maison avec de beaux volumes et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

L'appartamento di Marzia è un vero gioiellino, molto pulito, ben arredato e molto silenzioso, non abbiamo mancato di niente, ha avuto un pensiero molto carino per il nostro cane ed è stata molto flessibile per l'orario sia per l'arrivo che per la partenza (ovviamente siamo ancora in bassa stagione). Consiglio fortemente il suo alloggio a chi vuole godersi il silenzio e il mare a prossimità, infatti basta attraversare la strada e si è già in spiaggia. Grazie mille Marzia, ci rivedremo presto senza nessun dubbio ❤️

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr gut. Sie hat die vollen Punkte verdient und mehr. Nachdem wir früher anreisen durften wurden von Mirijam und Gaspare persönlich begrüßt. Sie haben uns alles erklärt und gezeigt, hervorragende Gastgeber. Es ist eine Wohnung wie in einem Luxushotel. Alles ist sehr sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Am Schlafzimmer ist eine Loggia die mit stimmungsvollem Licht dazu einlädt den Abend dort zu verbringen. Wir haben in die Bäume geschaut und den Fröschen gelauscht. Die Küche bietet alles um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Insgesamt liegt die Unterkunft in einem privaten sicher Areal vom Golf und Tennisclub. Ein Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung unbedingt.

appartamento impeccabile. pulitissimo e spazioso come da foto. non mancava niente. zona tranquilla vicina al mare e al centro. siamo stati veramente bene.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Ho soggiornato A Casa di Ale con il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di pochi mesi e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Alessandro è una persona splendida, molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è nel cuore del quartiere Venezia e questo consente di muoversi per la città tranquillamente a piedi. Proprio a due passi, poi, ci sono ottimi ristoranti. La casa può ospitare quattro adulti e un bimbo piccolo (nel lettino fornito da Ale, grazie ancora!). Qualche pentola in più sarebbe il top, ma sono sicura che Ale l'aggiungerà a breve. Nonostante l'appartamento si affacci sulla strada (e sui canali, che bello!), è molto silenzioso: abbiamo fatto delle dormite super! Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, ci sono diversi posti a pagamento proprio fuori di casa ma sono comodi solo se la sera ci si sposta a piedi (la casa è in ztl dalle 20 alle 5.30). A breve distanza ce ne sono altri e Ale fornisce info preziose per trovare quelli più economici. Di sicuro torneremo.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

L’appartement se trouve dans une petite rue non touristique de la ville tout en étant proche des quartiers vivants. Chiara était adorable et ses recommandations étaient géniales, l’appartement était nickel avec une petite terrasse paisible, une salle de bain impeccable et un lit très confortable. Si on avait pu mettre 6/5, on l’aurait fait !

Het is een prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Super schoon. Keuken is voorzien van alle apparatuur. Prachtig uitzicht en fijne tuin met meerdere plekken om te zitten of in de zon te liggen. Veel privacy. Onze kinderen hebben genoten van de hottub. Igor is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is prachtig en de locatie ligt perfect om Lucca, Pisa, Florence en strand en zee te verkennen. We kunnen het huis van harte aanraden.

Casa veramente bellissima e ben attrezzata di tutto. Spaziosa, comoda, silenziosa e in una posizione perfetta sia per il mare che per la vicinanza alla città. Host gentilissimi e super disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio!

Ontvangst door de host was bijzonder gastvrij en warm. Het huis was bij aankomst goed schoongemaakt. De ligging van het huis is mooi, met uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Er is een grote tuin met een olijfgaard. Voor onze twee hondjes was het een fijne plek. Onze dochter heeft ook enorm genoten. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Voor ons is het een plek om terug te komen.

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo e attrezzato come da descrizione. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Lucca in 15 minuti, la zona è tranquilla anche di sera, se non si vuole attraversare la stazione c'è un comodo cavalcavia pedonale poco più avanti. Con il treno a soli 600mt abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Firenze che Pisa e la macchina è rimasta nel parcheggio davanti alla porta per tutto il tempo.

домът на Мартино е невероятен ! има всичко необходимо ! прекарахме със семейството ми една страхотна седмица на товя място ! препоръчвам на всеки, много тих и спокоен дом ,с паркинг само за нас ,въобще всичко беше невероятно!

Logement accueillant, bien équipé, quartier paisible. La terrasse est agréable. À proximité d’un charmant village pittoresque sur les auteurs d’une colline. Ce logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane, à égale distance de Florence et Pise notamment. Je recommande :)

Immaculate, comfortable apartment in excellent location. We appreciated all of the information you share about the apartment. One of the best Air BnBs I have ever stayed in!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Un logement avec un emplacement incroyable. Bord de mer ! On est à 10 km seulement de Pise. L'appartement dispose de toutes le confort nécessaire. Le parking est un vrai plus au vu de son emplacement. Pour visiter Pise, rien de plus simple avec un bus direct qui nous amène en 20 minutes. Merci à l'hôte pour ses vidéos explicatives. Ce fut un très bon séjour à Pise.

This is a lovely apartment in an old house, but with all modern ameneties. Apart from the tourist attractions, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Moonlight Pizzaria is two doors away and very good. I would definately recommend this apartment
