Relax and enjoy this calm, stylish space designed for a couple with spectacular views from the spacious roof patio allowing breathtaking sunrises ("Aurora") over panoramic Lake Chiusi but cozy sunsets too. Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heat pump, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Good WIFI. Patio equipment includes a table and 4 chairs (for guests!) and deck chairs plus an electric BBQ.

La Terrazza offers privacy and space with a huge panoramic terrace. Our most historic apartment dating to 840 A.D. with meter-thick stone walls that offer a cool oasis in summer. Originally part of the defensive wall of the village, with barrel vault ceilings, arrow slit windows and original glass oven from 1292. Very spacious and private with two large king bedrooms, ensuite baths and walk-in showers. Modern fully equipped kitchen, large living room has sofa bed, easy chairs. Walk to village.
