Super séjour en compagnie de mon mari et mes 2 enfants, Très bon accueil, hôte sympathique, Tout à disposition ( cafetière, linge de lit, linge de douche, tv avec Netflix ...) peut être penser à équiper la salle de bain d'un sèche cheveux pour les personnes comme moi qui l'on oublier 😊 Une vue magnifique, très calme Je recommande fortement cet appartement

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Dieser Ort ist ein Erlebnis. Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet worden. Historische Bausubstanz trifft auf Designklassiker und moderne Gemütlichkeit. Uns haben besonders die vielen inspirierenden Bilder gefallen. Das Schönste ist aber der spektakuläre Blick aus dem verglasten Wintergarten und von der Dachterrasse in die grünen Hügel und Berge. Perinaldo ist sehr hübsch und hat für seine Grösse eine beachtliche Infrastruktur mit Läden und empfehlenswerten Restaurants. Wir haben uns in der Casa Garibaldi sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder hier übernachten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Netter Gastgeber. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und mit dem Auto schnell ans Meer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Aufenthalt bei Paula hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist ist 10 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt gelegen, gross genug, absolut sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Paola ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer ansprechbar, reagiert sofort und hat uns wirklich hilfreiche Ratschläge gegeben. Wir sind mehreren ihrer Empfehlungen gefolgt und waren von allen begeistert. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr. Vielen Dank Paola.

Splendida casa! Vista meravigliosa! Un pò difficile da trovare all'inizio, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Ideale per chi cerca un posto tranquillo.

Non immaginavamo che esiste piu bello posto di vacanza. Appartamento e enorme, ce tutto e di piu. Non mancava nulla, mi sembrava che siamo stati in una casa di nostra fantasia o favola. Tutti buoni sentimenti di famiglia che abitava in cuesto appartamento si sentiva in ogni angolo, sembrava abbiamo vissuto il sogno. La vista dal balcone ti ferma il cuore, non hai la voglia andare dormire, hai voglia di restare sul balcone tutto il tempo in casa. Si trova in un quartiere molto ma molto tranquillo. Ovvio che bi sogna di avere la machina per venire qui, pero ce posto riservato per la machina proprio alla entrata della casa. Supermercato c0nad si trova in 5 min con la machina. GRAZZIE ancora per questi emozioni di vostra casa! Speriamo di ritornare.

Un endroit magnifique en pleine nature et au calme complet. La Dolce Vita est ici un art de vivre... Nous avons adoré cet endroit, mais il est un peu difficile d'y arriver de nuit, car les routes sont étroites et un peu vétustes.

Nous étions 2 familles avec 1 chien, 7 personnes au total et ce logement était parfait. Pièce à vivre spacieuse, chambres bien agencées avec des rangements et 2 toilettes. Le logement est très moderne, climatisé et dans un environnement extrêmement calme. L'extérieur ainsi que l'intérieur sont très bien pensés. Le seul point négatif était le fait que les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques et qu'il faisait jour très tôt dans les chambres car les volets sont à lames.

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Casa pulita ed accogliente. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione dell’host. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Unica pecca la mancanza di un parcheggio ma nella norma in una città come Sanremo. Assolutamente consigliabile

Soggiornare nella casa di Rita, e’ come essere a casa. Ambienti pulitissimi e molto ben attrezzata per tutto. La casa è molto fresca anche senza accendere il condizionatore (il cappotto termico all’abitazione fa il suo dovere alla grande). La posizione è davvero ottimale in quanto si è a neanche 1 minuto a piedi dal lungo mare. In zona ci sono ristoranti per tutti i tipi, e nei dintorni presenti anche supermercati e minimarket in caso di necessità. Consiglio a tutti l’alloggio di Rita se si vuole passare qualche giorno in completo relax a soli due passi dal mare. Siamo abbastanza abitudinari della zona, e sicuramente l’alloggio di Rita sarà la nostra prima scelta quanto ripasseremo da questi parti.

Posizione strategica con meraviglioso terrazzo panoramico sopra ad Imperia. Alloggio bello, pulitissimo e molto confortevole. Anche il mio cane con un carattere non proprio facile si e’ ambientato bene, giardino a disposizione. Anna e’ un host attenta alle esigenze ed e’ supergentile. Tornerò appena possibile.

Wir hatten das grsse Glück, eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus zu verbringen. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir begeistert – Luisa und Felix haben bei der Renovierung wirklich keine Mühen gescheut, und man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail. Die hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps, die wir vorab erhalten haben, waren eine perfekte Ergänzung und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wer Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Frieden sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Umgebung, und das Meer ist in nur 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein weiteres Highlight in der Nähe ist ein charmantes italienisches Restaurant mit einem kleinen Laden, in dem es nicht nur köstliche lokale Produkte, sondern auch den besten Ziegenkäse gibt. Rundum ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen!

Intérieur très bien soigné et équipé. Très propre et très confortable. Accueil très sympathique avec une petite attention (pain, biscotte … à disposition). Le lieu décrit, les photos ne reflètent pas exactement la réalité. L’appartement semble très très spacieux sur les photos et est en réalité assez petit, même s’il y a tout le confort nécessaire. La route est très proche et avec beaucoup de circulation, alors que nous n’apercevons jamais la route sur les photos… L’odeur de la station d’épuration était forte, certainement due aux fortes pluies qu’il y a eu.

Excellent accueil. Bien respecter les consignes pour arriver sur place C’est tranquille et typique. Si vous cherchez un lieu loin du tourisme de masse c’est le bon endroit Le village est à 10 mn à pieds pour aller acheter des belles pizzas sur la place de l’obélisque pour les déguster chez Paolla On reviendra !

Appartement bien décoré, à deux pas de la mer et proche du centre de Diano Marina. Bien équipé. Explications claires et communication facile. Je recommande.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

La casa G di Antonello è ben fornita, pulitissima, con le lenzuola, tovaglie, asciugamani tutto di ottima qualità e profumati. La casa è pensata nei minimi dettagli per fare stare bene l’ospite. La casa aveva delle coperte nuovissime, un servizio di piatti, posate e stoviglie per la cucina come in una vera casa Italiana. Antonello, inoltre ci ha ospitato con dei regali: con del vino, sugo e pasta come sa fare un verso ospite. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati al nostro arrivo. Inoltre il mio fidanzato ha avuto un piccolo taglio al dito e in casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (acqua ossigenata, kit di primo soccorso e molto cose utili per lui). Sorseggiare un caffè la mattina in quel balcone con quella vista sul mare Ligure rimarrà nei nostri cuori. Una esperienza splendida da vivere. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Antonello!

appartamento stupendo, immerso nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Peccato per la vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava, sarebbe stato stupendo fare un bagno rilassante. unica cosa da rivedere é la pulizia delle padelle e del fornello. Per il resto é stato comunque tutto perfetto!

Great place for a long weekend at the coast! We stayed here in early October, and very much enjoyed the apartment at the water front, with a parking nearby. Highly convenient for walks along the beach, with nice restaurants located nearby. The only (very minor) thing – for us the online check in was quite useless, because we had to provide our documents again…

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
