Stayed here for a month while working remotely. Amazing place in a beautiful environment, near the foreste casentinesi! The house itself has everything you need and has a beautiful view, would definitely recommend.

Ander è una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e efficiente! Questa casa è ideale per gruppi molto numerosi come nel mio caso (eravamo in 8 ma ci stavamo comodamente), ma anche per gruppi più piccoli o anche fughe romantiche di coppia! Complimenti per tutto!

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. A great place for a family retreat and would recommend to others. Thanks Anat!

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Per gli amanti dei sapori più tipici della nostra Italia, questa deliziosa dimora racconta e custodisce come in uno scrigno, le storie del passato e del presente, mostrandole con gusto raffinato e rispettoso, restituendo la cornice autentica di un frammento d'Italia, eredità dei nostri nonni. Da questa casa sapientemente restaurata, è facile raggiungere altri borghi e cittadine del centro Italia, gustando l'armonia tipica della natura e dei paesaggi. Ottima per gli amanti del relax e delle genuinità culinarie, e per chi ama passeggiare ancora oggi nella storia.

Marco was an amazing host. He was friendly , helpful and we felt like family whilst he always respected our space. The home had everything we needed in the most beautiful surroundings . We self catered for some time and ate out in nearby towns . The area is unspoilt and not touristy and everyone was very welcoming . We chose the mountains for the great walks there and the hikes and views were fabulous. We were sad to leave but would love to return sometime.

E’ stato come essere a casa. L’appartamento è pulitissimo spazioso confortevole e molto luminoso in una zona veramente tranquilla. Ottimo come punto di partenza per giri gravel nelle colline intorno. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie Rosy.

L’alloggio di Marina è una perla di Pratovecchio. L’accoglienza e la gentilezza della padrona di casa abbelliscono ancor più il luogo rendendolo memorabile, spero di avere altre occasioni future di alloggiare qui. Grazie ancora per tutto!!

Appartamento tradizionale completamente rinnovato, vicino ad alcune delle zone piu' belle del casentino. Facile accesso, Alessandro ci ha dato grande flessibilità sulla tempistica. Bel caminetto, usato volentieri con la legna fornita.

Gran bel agriturismo su delle colline meravigliose. Fuori mano quanto basta per godersi la tranquillità della campagna. Per accedere c'è una salita di facile sterrato. Nonostante la dimensione contenuta dei paesi c'è abbastanza vita la sera e grazie ai consigli dell'host abbiamo conosciuto un locale veramente simpatico.

Cosa dire , tutto perfetto appartamento veramente delizioso, grande, pulito dotato di qualsiasi cosa , sembrava di essere a casa, ottima comunicazione con Claudio anche se non lo abbiamo incontrato , siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Luciana che ringrazio .Posizione ottima

La mia ragazza Silvia ed io volevamo dedicarci due giorni lontani dalla città: abbiamo scelto la Terrazza sul Parco di Mauro per la vista panoramica e la posizione, che si sono rivelati essere meglio delle aspettative. Il giardino che dà sulla vallata è davvero ineguagliabile. Mauro è stato un host gentile, disponibile e molto attento nell'accoglierci e nel trasmetterci la bellezza e la pace di questo posto. Consigliamo assolutamente di essere suoi ospiti per godersi la natura incantevole dell'alto appennino romagnolo e godersi passeggiate con il suo consiglio.

My family spent a lovely week at Borgo di Serignana. It is a very peaceful, unique and beautiful place and we feel so lucky to have been guests here. The hamlet is charming, swimming pool perfect, and to have all that surrounded by the natural beauty of the surrounding hills is really special. There are many trails to go hiking, with several waterfalls too. We would love to visit again some day.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa a fine Aprile. Il posto è splendido, circondato dalla natura, silenzioso, con uno splendido giardino che circonda la casa.A circa un km ci sono panettiere, supermarket, macellaio, tutti i negozi che possono servire. Lorena è stata fantastica, ci hai aiutato in tutto, sia per trovare un ristorante per la Pasqua, sia come guida per i vari siti da visitare. La casa ha ogni confort, due zone living una al piano terra e una al primo piano, cucina abitabile con tavolo da 8. La casa è a circa un ora da Rimini per chi ama il mare. Per chi vuole visitare le città d arte a meno di 45 minuti ci sono: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Soggiorno stupendo, grazie ancora Lorena.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern hier, die sich gleich bei Ankunft über den großen Garten , Volleyballnetz und Auslauf gefreut haben, nachdem es auf Hauserkundung ging. Alle Zimmer waren schlicht , liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und wir hatten schnell "Urlaubsgefühl". Licia war von Tag 1 präsent mit möglichen Ideen zur Tagesplanung , aber vor allem auch, als wir ein Problem mit der Tür hatten , war sie schnell erreichbar. Der Kletterpark direkt nebenan hat ² der Jungs für 2 Tage ( einmal zahlen, doppelter Eintritt ) mit Action versorgt. Wir sagen Danke, danke für die tolle Zeit !

Licias Villa Cerfoglio ist ein wirkliches Kleinod mitten in den Hügeln der Emilia-Romagna. Haus und Lage sind wunderbar und auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht so schön war, haben wir uns dank des offenen Kamins einige gemütliche Tage gemacht. Die Aussicht ist bei klarem Himmel wunderbar und Licia hat uns mit vielen Leckereien und netten Worten willkommen geheißen. Diese Unterkunft lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch die beiden Bäder sind schön ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Licia!

Geweldige accomodatie, zeker prijs/kwaliteit geweldig. Ondanks het slechte weer dat wij tijdens onze reis hadden, hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad in deze accomodatie. het tennisveld en de grote tuin bieden veel mogelijkheden tot buitenactiviteiten. Om dan nog over gitanrische zwembad MET springplank te zwijgen. Tot slot was Guido zo vriendelijk om ons bij vertrek af te zetten aan het dichtsbijzijnde busstation wat ons een 2 ritten uitspaarde. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie alleen maar aanbevelen!
