Jamie was an amazing host! From the moment we booked to the time we left she was responsive to our needs. Location is great! She gave us great recommendations to restaurants around the area. The house is great for large families and extremely well equipped with anything you need anywhere in the house! Jamie did a quick walkthrough at check-in which was different from most hosts I’ve encountered. Even the neighbors greeted us! We felt so welcomed! I’m highly recommend Jamie and her lovely home. Thank you Jamie for messaging me about the fairy lights, my daughter loved it and enjoyed her room ;) Hope to stay again in the future!

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the rental during my daughter’s recent college graduation weekend. Donna is a wonderful host! She checked in before, during, and after our visit to make sure that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time there. (She even took the time to make sure the grill tank was full, and that we had some disposable grill pans for food service during our family cookout). The location, and especially the views of the Narragansett Bay are nothing short of spectacular. The home is well loved, and is a great place to spend your time if you are visiting the greater Providence area. Allowing our dog to visit was also a huge plus!

We stayed in this home for our son's graduation from JWU. There were 5 adults & there was plenty of room for everyone. The house and decor were beautiful. I felt like I was staying in luxury - the linens on the beds, the towels in the bathrooms, the toiletries provided, etc. They even had regular-sized hairdryers - not those mini ones that suck your hair into the opposite end! (this is important to me - I don't want burnt/broken/knotted hair). Craig was very responsive whenever I needed to reach him. He was accommodating & thoughtful. He provided recommendations on different places to dine when I inquired. The location was a good spot for us & for the purpose of our visit. It's about 3+ blocks from the popular neighbor that most college students live (JWU/Providence College). This was great for us since that's where our son lived & he could walk right to us. You would NEVER know that though - no noise, no crowded streets, no kids walking around, etc. We loved it!

Highly recommend! The house is great and had everything we needed. Super clean, huge and comfy beds. The backyard is huge and really pretty..... our dogs loved it. Paul was very responsive and accommodating. We wound up adding days to our reservation, so we could stay longer! Also recommend Luckys Pizza/Bar next door. Good food and great people. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was even better than imagined. Sarah was great, check in was a breeze, and the house was immaculate and cozy. If you’re looking for a Lake house retreat, this is definitely the house for it. Super Cozy! Would love to come back.

Nellie’s place was amazing! Full of charm, but every modern amenity. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of really nice and thoughtful touches- like sleeping masks for the room with 2 sky lights, a welcome gift of wine and oat milk and butter in the fridge. She even left toys out for the 9 month old in our party— a lifesaver!!! R Nellie was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

The place perfect for what I needed for my stay in the area. It was just as described. The place was clean. Linda gave great instructions on how to get in, where to park etc.

Bethany's place was just what we needed. We were in Rhode Island to do phase one of a move in for my son and Bethany's home offered a quiet and peaceful retreat at night after a couple busy days. We arrived to air conditioning on and cold waters and watermelon in the refrigerator - perfect for a hot summer day! This was our first time staying in Barrington and we loved the beautiful surroundings. Bethany's home is close to the bike/walking path, a great feature! We look forward to our next trip to Rhode Island!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Sarah’s place while visiting our son in Brown and really enjoyed our time here. First off, great location in a quiet neighbourhood, fully stocked unit with all amenities as described and almost perfect for 2 pax needs. Sarah is extremely responsive and gracious host. The only ask I would have is to fix the mattress for the bed, it was way too soft for our liking. The car parking, kitchen amenities, check-in / checkout everything worked wonderfully and I would love to come back in future.

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

This place is perfect! Easy parking, nice neighborhood and easy to find. The hosts have thought of everything, down to creamer for your coffee and shampoo in the shower. Sparkling clean and decorated beautifully, we felt at home immediately. I sat out in the yard with my coffee this morning and enjoyed the birdsong. We will be back!

Awesome apartment to stay at if visiting Brown or Providence in general. Charming historical building and apartment was perfect for our needs.

stayed a second night abs loved the location it was a total oasis. also Kristina refunded me the cleaning fee after I booked the second night even tho she didn't have to... I was greatly appreciative. wonderfull lil spot highly recommended

Spacious and perfectly located! We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were responsive and the place was clean.

Great lakeside retreat! Perfect for our small family!

I really liked all the outdoor activities my daughter and I did! Karen let us borrow the games inside the cabinet and they were pretty interesting. There's a lot of beds, and they are all comfortable. I really like the view when we were sleeping on one of the bed because you can see the lake when the sun sets or rises. It's really beautiful and I really liked spending time on the canoe and having this vacation! My family and I loved coming here and hope that we can come again. On top of everything Karin is one of kind host! Giordana

We had a great visit to this cozy little cabin. Waking up on the sleeping porch with a towering view of the forest and lake was truly restful. A great time paddling and kayaking around the lake and hiking in the surrounding forest. And the kitchen was well enough stocked that we cooked together every meal and just enjoyed the view, no need for restaurants.

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Tucked away in the woods right on the lake, it was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The cabin itself was adorable, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We only spoke to the host (Angela) briefly, but she was so kind and welcoming, and let us know she was available if we needed anything. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Liz was excellent in responding to my message. We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and the view is beautiful.
