Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten. Die Gastgeber sind überaus umsorgend. So gab es beispielsweise einen eigens erstellten Guide für die Insel, der fantastische Restaurant-Tipps enthalten hat. Fernerhin wurden wir persönlich an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt und hätte Guiseppe uns nicht rechtzeitig gewarnt, dass unsere Rückreise-Fähre aufgrund des Wetters nicht wie geplant fährt, wäre unser Flug wohl ohne uns abgehoben. Insgesamt also eine absolute Empfehlung!

Very responsive and proactive host who was super helpful with check in and recommendations! The view from the house is breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the terrace area which was extremely private and had incredible views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Highly recommend!

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La casa è a dir poco stupenda, raffinata e ricercata nei dettagli architettonici nonchè negli arredi tutt'altro che commerciali! La posizione si commenta da sola e le foto non le fanno giustizia. Un luogo da sogno per godere appieno della bellezza del territorio. L'ottima ospitalità e carineria di Michele per il check-in e check-out completano il quadro. L'unico dramma è il dover andare via.

Location sulla baia di San Francesco fantastica e casa unica nel suo genere, una gemma sul mare! Credo sia tra le poche case sulla costa cosi vicina al mare. Se volete rilassarvi e farvi coccolare dalle onde in continuazione é il posto giusto! Noi siamo stati in bassa stagione e ce la siamo goduta lo stesso. Umberto é un super host, infinitamente disponibile e amichevole, vi farà sentire a casa! Grazie mille ancora a Umberto.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Marco, après quelques jours trépidants sur Naples. Dans cette maison de charme, tout est calme et sérénité. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur Coricella, du jardin où se côtoient citronniers, mandariniers, orangers, glycine ... Marco est un hôte attentif, sa maison est très propre, et le rapport qualité/prix nous semble très honnête. Nous recommandons vivement !

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

In a very peaceful compound not far from the beach with a beautiful overlook to see the sunset. The beach is walkable from the house with various restaurants and a couple shops, but it is advisable to have a car alone for the shopping and to get to see other beaches. La Mortella gardens are walking distance from the house and well worth a visit. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

The home was very nice. Easy to find since it is literally right off of the ferry dock. Beds were comfy and it was very clean. Great space both inside and outside.

We had the most wonderful stay in Andrea’s home. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for our group of 9, the pool was dreamy. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms all had own bathroom, and the views + sunsets are beautiful!! Also a couple of restaurants are about 5 min walk from the house. We didn’t rent cars, it’s about a 15 minute walk to bus stop + grocery store and we used the bus system on the island which was good! We had the best time, 10/10 stay, would definitely come back - thanks Andrea!! :)

Staying in Jan’s place was really a treat especially with the pool, which was much larger than what I expected. It was so wonderful to walk to the restaurant with a divine view to bay. We are sure to return to Jan’s place with his hospitality and lovely home.

This house is really quite incredible! The layout and design of the apartment is fun, artistic, spacious and eclectic! The shower is big with great pressure, and there is a lot of outdoor space you can use! The host lives above you, in the main house, so they are always available to help out! We meet Anna’s daughter, Francesca as our greeter! She was incredibly kind, very helpful, quick to respond and she even booked us a reservation for dinner at one of the places she recommended! You are close enough to Napoli for day trips, but you are just out of the way to avoid the bad traffic! Lots of stores within walking distance to satisfy your needs! Would definitely stay at this apartment again! The hosts are truly amazing and the apartment is wonderful! Thank you Anna and Francesca for everything!

This villa is everything it says. I loved that it was a little away from the crowds down in Capri and yet very easy to walk into Anacapri for whatever you want to do. It’s a great place for a large family or four couples! The pool was very well kept and refreshing. Bruna was the most gracious hostess and we loved the stocked fridge.

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

The location of the Silent Villa is worth the five star. Anacapri is a quieter more relaxed spot to land and just a few winding steps behind the piazza is this villa. We enjoyed the garden space especially and is where we preferred to spend our time. While there is no instruction manual, host is very responsive for any questions, concerns you may have.
