This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

The bedrooms are simple and well appointed. The king bedroom suite has a private deck, private bathroom, and double closets with a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds w/a trundle and a shared bathroom. The loft is cozy and cool, with two trundle daybeds, a full bed, and extra seating!

Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.
