Originally a commercial space is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars of West Texas. A studio with high ceilings and plenty of room. It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Built in 1931, the Brite Building is a crown jewel in the heart of downtown Marfa. The 3800sf walkup apartment is located on the 2nd floor above Ayn Foundation (with Andy Warhol artworks) and offers an impeccable design with panoramic views. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds & private bathrooms, several spacious living rooms, kitchen and dining room to accommodate 8. The design reflects an elegant mesh of art deco architecture & West Texas minimalism to create an idyllic home away in Marfa.

Our largest and most luxurious villa boasts a southern view overlooking the pickleball courts and the backyard. Providing plenty of the storied natural light of Marfa, it features high ceilings, a king bedroom with a large closet, a living room, a cozy reading nook, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This spacious unit offers plenty of room to gather or find solace. The generous bathroom is an added luxury, while the private patio is an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening vino!

Blue Bird Bungalow

Blue bird bungalow is centrally located (2 minutes from downtown) & is also tucked against the foothill of the Sleeping Lion Mountain. Look out the bedroom window & see the towering rock face with the occasional mule deer & aoudad grazing on the cliff side. Blue bird is a private room that is completely separate from the main hotel and includes a fully stocked kitchen, private restroom & shower. The bungalow has the best view in the house for our world famous dark skies and star gazing.
