He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. Ein Traum von Wohnung. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit dem Auge für‘s Detail. Alles sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Gastgeber ist super und die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Sollten wir wieder in Pula Urlaub machen dann auf jeden Fall in dieser Unterkunft.

Die Gastgeber*innen waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit war gegeben, bei Fragen haben wir eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung der Küche sowie Badezimmer. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, das Meer sowie ein Supermarkt ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Odlično opremljeno stanovanje, prečudovito. Lokacija je top locirana na sredini. Kristina je zelo odzivna pri sporočilih, vedno dosegljiva in ažurna. Za otroka je čudovito poskrbela tudi s posteljico in igralnim kotičkom z igračkami. Nepredstavljivo veselje otroka. Zagotovo se bomo vračali ob ponovnih prihodih. Same pohvale in priporočila. Top!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Woche in dem Häusschen. Ich bin wirklich pingelig (leider), aber ich hatte hier wirklich rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Tihan war extrem nett, hat immer super schnell geantwortet und uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kamen an einem Feiertag und er half uns sogar noch das Nötigste zu bekommen, so nett! Wir mochten die abgelegene Lage sehr und haben super schöne Buchten entdeckt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten super süß und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit Hund und wirklich alle haben es geliebt. Danke an Tihan und Ivan :) Wir freuen uns, wenn wir wieder kommen! :)

Sehr schönes Haus, wahnsinnig viel Platz für mehrere Gäste wunderbar. Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienunterkunft mehr als ausreichend. Ein kurzer Fußweg bis zum Meer. Etwas länger läuft man in die Stadt, aber ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Check in war persönlich und es wurde alles gezeigt. Immer wieder gerne!

We loved this house, very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Ines greeted us with a drink and fruit platter and was very helpful with good ideas that enhanced our visit. We had a problem with the wifi which she and her husband quickly remedied. We enjoyed the 10 min walk into the beautiful old town and also a beach that we loved. We highly recommend this lovely house!

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

Appartamento completo di tutto , situato in posizione strategica vicino ad una delle spiaggie più belle di Pola , al centro città 20 Min a piedi , e vicino ad un supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Spero di tornarci presto.

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful garden and pool area. We were greeted by Alba who was the most welcoming host with the best hugs! She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond bringing extra blankets when the weather turned a bit chilly. Highly recommend a stay here.

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Tolle Unterkunft in einem Haus mit insgesamt 4 Apartments und Pool auf der Dach Terrasse. Küche & Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber, neuwertig und passend. Der Balkon im Sonnenuntergang ist toll 5min zum Supermarkt, 10-15min zu Hafen, Restaurants & Strand Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - vielen Dank! :)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt mit Großeltern und Kindern (5 und 3) sehr gut gefallen. Kurzer Fußweg zum Kiesstrand, tolles Appartement und sehr nette Vermieter! Alles super!
