Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Auerberghauses oberhalb von Lechbruck. Das Haus umgibt ein herrlicher Garten mit kleinem Teich, der den Gästen nach Absprache zur ruhigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Hunde bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Im 1. Stock des Hauses vermieten wir zusätzlich vier DZ/Bad/Frühstück und Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsküche. Lechbruck ist ein touristischer Geheimtipp, ideal zum Wandern, Radeln, nur 20 Minuten von Füssen und den Königsschlössern entfernt.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Meine Unterkunft ist direkt an den Allgäuer Alpen. Im Sommer wundervoll zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren / Mountainbiken. Im Winter kann man Skifahren und Langlaufen. Es gibt wundervolle Badeseen, Königsschlösser, mittelalterliche Burgruinen und viele kulturelle Verastaltungen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, freistehenden und unverbauten Lage. Herrlichem Bergblick und wunderschöner Natur. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.
