Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. The quaint village of Wollerton is home to Wollerton Old Hall gardens, it is close to Hodnet Gardens and Hawkstone follies.

A well presented one bedroom cottage 3 miles north of Wem and 6 miles south of Whitchurch in the beautiful North Shropshire countryside. Piggery Cottage sleeps 2 plus 1 (double bed and small sofa bed) and sits adjacent but separate to the owners home. Bookings start with a minimum of 2 nights and stays for longer periods are also welcome (discount applied).
