Vila are un numar de 7 camere: etajul 1 - 3 camere, etajul 2- 3 camere, mansarda-1 camera.Fiecare camera are baie proprie cu dus, tv, uscator de par. My place is close to Sinaia -Peles Castle, Bran-Dracula Castle, Rasnov-Rasnov fortress,Brasov,etc, the city center, great views, restaurants and dining.. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The house is located in a highly rated neighbourhood from Predeal, 5 minutes distance by car from the ski slope, 10 by foot. The terrace is sublime on all seasons offering an watchtower with a perfect forest view and a nice barbecue grill. There are two apartments, one on top of which other connected by the exterior stairs.

Casa Rai va pune la dispozitie: 2 camere triple, 3 camere duble, living cu canapea extensibila, zona de servit masa, bucatarie utilata si zona de joaca pentru copii, mansarda cu masa de biliard si masa de tenis si doua canapele (din care una extensibila),7 bai, o camara. Capacitatea maxima a casei este de 16 persoane.
