Prättigau/Davos District : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in Andreas’ Wohnung verbracht. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist total schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, wir hätten auch das ganze Wochenende nur dort verbringen können :-) Die Lage in Davos Platz gleich unterhalb der Promenade war perfekt für uns (Besuch von Freunden in der Nachbarschaft). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Bars in wenigen Minuten Gehdistanz. Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben – die Kaffeemaschine war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rebecca è stata molto gentile e ci ha sempre prontamente risposto a tutte le nostre domande. L’appartamento corrisponde a quanto descritto. Molto pulito e attrezzato. Lo consiglio a tutti, posizione ortima vicino a fermata autobus e a pochi passi dal Parsenn. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

An absolute gem in Zernez! This beautiful apartment stole our hearts. It’s incredibly spacious, with tall ceilings and a bright, cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a dream home. The spectacular views from the windows are breathtaking, with the charming town, nearby river, and gorgeous trails just outside the door. The bathrooms are big and luxurious, and every detail in the apartment reflects so much heart and care. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for exploring nature or simply soaking in the beauty of this quaint, picturesque town. We honestly wish this was our home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Swiss Alps.

Die Wohnung war super – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Besonders schön war der Balkon, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben gezielt eine Unterkunft mit schönem Balkon gesucht und hier genau das gefunden. Die Lage in Schmitten ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Natur – tolle Wanderwege und schöne Ziele in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich und bietet viel Platz.

Gemütliche, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr praktischen Faltsofas und einer riesigen Sonnenterrasse. Gerne wieder bei einer anderen Gelegenheit.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Waren zum zweiten Mal im Winter da. Mit der guten ÖV-Anbindung und direktem Zugang zur Loipe ist es für Wintersport ideal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Haus. Gastgeber/in sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem privaten Haus! Ein sehr gemütlicher, sauberer und gepflegter Ort. Besonders gut haben uns die Sauna und der Grillbereich gefallen – perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder der Familie. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Schwimmbad, wo wir ebenfalls eine tolle Zeit hatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten (ideale Geuppengröße) zu Gast bei Verena und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Besonders bei der Ausstattung des Hauses bleiben keinerlei Wünsche offen. Zum Skibus geht’s ein kleines Stück den Hang runter und man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Gotschna-Bahn. Verena selber war telefonisch super zu erreichen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very nice modern apartment close to the gondola. It has all you need, perhaps even more than that. Our family enjoyed the stay and Matt was always readily able to advise.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a cosy weekend away for the two of us. A wonderful spot that had great access but was very private and peaceful and bursting to the seams with character. It had everything we could've wanted & more, was genuinely very homely, and you could tell that Ladina and family also stay there. Ladina was very response to all communication and patient with us.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Geräumiges und sauberes Badezimmer. Auch die Küche war sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen augestattet. Zuvorkommender Gastgeber und gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause, es ist eine Wunderschöne Untrkunft und die Gastgeber waren beim Schreiben sehr freundlich

Hitsch svarade snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam. Mycket bra boende, bra med plats, allt fanns i köket som du behövde för att laga både frukost och middag, sköna sängar och trevligt badrum. Uppskattade det där lilla extra som en liten vinflaska o choklad som väntade vid incheckningen, att det fanns diskmedel o annat som du behöver liksom liten schampoflaska och tvål. Det kostar inte mycket men det förenklar boendet när du kommer sent och har begränsat med tid och gör det trevligt förstås.

Das Airbnb hat eine traumhafte Lage umgeben von der Natur. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten auch den Garten beim schönen Wetter geniessen. Die Gastgeberin Anna war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei euch ☀️

Beautiful very modern apartment. But you must go to the garage which is the ground floor to obtain the keys and enter. Once inside the garage, the apartment is basically 6 stories up, only 2 of which have an elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 stories before riding an elevator the last 2 stories! We left our heavy ski bag in the locked community garage.

Die Wohnung von Beat ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
