Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Farm fresh eggs (based on availability), homemade sourdough, and coffee will be provided during your stay. Our chickens are free ranged and roam the property. This one bedroom one bath home can accommodate 3 adults with provided air mattress.
