The Hut in the Paddock - VERY DOG FRIENDLY!!

The Hut is in a completely private and securely fenced paddock. It has a double bed, under floor heating, television, outdoor shower, wifi. There is a kitchen, shower room and sitting room with a sofa bed, television/DVD player in the stables. There is also a smaller hut. There are two fire pits and a barbecue. Important - if you are visiting for a party, wedding etc, it is NOT permitted to leave your dog alone in the hut or sitting room while you are away from the paddock.

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples.Pool is attached to the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time. Cottage is attached to 16th century Farm House but has a separate gate and private entrance and garden, independent from the house.
