Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

We stayed here as a family of four after spending the day at Paultons Park, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to settle in and relax. It felt like a calm retreat after a busy day. We also used it as a base for a day trip to Christchurch and Mudeford Beach, which was about a 35 minute drive away. The location worked really well for exploring the area while still being tucked away somewhere quiet. Hannah was friendly and easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located spot to stay in the area.

Such an amazing little place. So peaceful, the view is amazing. The place is very clean and had everything you need. Adrian was really welcoming and flexible. Will definitely go back!!

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

Very nice apartment and well placed for going to Brockenhurst via walking and Lyndhurst by car. And was great to watch the local football team which was nice to experience

We visited Southsea for very sad reasons, it was my father-in-laws cremation so we needed somewhere close to Mum-in-law and having a wheelchair user with us meant finding a flat with little or no stairs. The garden flat was simply perfect for all of our needs with a beautiful, little outside patio that was a delightful sun trap. With everything at hand to make an emotional visit as easy as possible, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s place. Its location is perfect for getting around Portsmouth and Southsea and we felt completely at home. Thanks, Kay, Kevin and Terry.

We had a lovely stay at Sonia’s place. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Sonia had kindly left lovely little touches for us to find (breakfast things and such). We would highly recommend Sonia’s place when visiting the Isle of Wight. We will definitely rent again when we come back to the island! Don’t hesitate, it’s a great find! Thank you so much!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Great place to stay! Just a short drive and/or walk to everything you need. There is parking available, too. Despite being in the same building as the hosts, you don’t even notice and it is much more private than the other “flat-shares” in the area as you have your own designated space! Matt is very communicative and a great host. Would stay here again definitely!

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

Backing onto the beach so we could hear the waves breaking. A bathroom for each bedroom, with bright white towels. Wonderful hot tub at the back....best at night with the lights. Flexible sleeping with 2 sofa beds and spare bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge freezer and air fryer. Jude was very responsive to our questions.

Had everything we needed, extremely clean. And a great location and very relaxed about us bringing our dog.

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

Lovely private annexe. Very homely touches and incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The guide books that Vicki and Richard have compiled are incredible reading - definitely have a look - chock full of local recommendations and information. A stylish well equipped space in a peaceful corner of the island.

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

Lovely clean, airy apartment. Perfect for our weekend get away. Louise was very responsive to messages.

This was our first staying at Fiona's and it was lovely. She provided clear check in instructions, the entrance was private as it was through a back garden with a nice little seating area that we enjoyed a few times. The place was spotless upon arrival, the fridge had a few goodies like milk, jam, cold water, and prosecco which was a surprise bonus. There was also a pack of croissants and snack bites. The location gets a beautiful cross breeze when you open the windows, and it got chilly enough during our stay that we got to use the wood stove. The instructions provided in the guest book were perfect and made it easy to do. The bed size feels like a rare find and the mattress was comfy. Plenty of linens provided, the kitchen is well stocked, there's books if you want to to read outside, and the place is in great walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely look at staying here again!

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
