We enjoyed our stay in Barwon Heads. Alex’s place was clean, peaceful and located an easy walk from shops, cafes and the beach. The lovely private and secure yard was ideal for our dog to enjoy the trip too 😀

We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Perfect place for us to spend day at hot springs then relax at. Great balcony for sunset

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. We really enjoyed our stay! It was a last minute booking but even with short notice (2 hours prior to check in) the property was in immaculate condition & Mari was friendly & responsive. ☺️ I’d recommend Mari’s place!

We had a 3 night stay at the property and the stay was good. Even though it was a unit, was sufficient enough for us 4. The property was clean and closer to the beautiful beach and local cafes. Charlotte was friendly and was proactive. Would highly recommend, if you are not keen for a spacious space.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Great place for a family getaway. We had a great time. Happy to recommend for families.
