Porto Azzurro : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Logement conforme aux photos: très bien équipé. L'accès au village de Capoliveri est aisé (même à pieds) La très grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants. Le seul bémol pourrait être la douche, relativement étroite. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et recommandons ce logement.

Molto difficile sintetizzare quanto è stato bello essere ospiti di Alberto che fin dai primi contatti è sempre stato squisitamente gentile, ci ha attese all' arrivo con premurosa attenzione mostrandoci la sua stupenda casa che è decisamente più bella che nelle foto e le necessarie informazioni. La casa a qualsiasi ora è piena di luce e di spazi squisitamente arredati che il mare a volte lo dimentichi ... No n conoscevo Marciana Marina, ma grazie a questa splendida settimana sono certa che tornerò molto presto . Grazie Alberto 🌹

We hadden een prima verblijf. Door het feit dat de woning zich bevindt in een complex kan je op deze manier gebruikmaken van de verschillende faciliteiten (zwembaden, privéstrand …) anderzijds heb je minder privé omdat de huisjes allemaal dicht aan elkaar gebouwd zijn. Prachtige omgeving om te mountainbiken en te wandelen.

Le logement d’Alessia est très bien situé à Portoferraio, à deux pas de la plage de Ghiaie, du centre ville et du ferry. Il correspond à la description, est confortable et fonctionnel. La terrasse et le jardin privatifs sont un plus. Alessia est très accueillante et attentionnée. Elle est disponible si besoin et nous a offert plusieurs fois des croissants pour le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons :)

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Giacomo‘s Unterkunft. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Etwas abgelegen und doch nicht zu weit von Porto Azzuro. Die Kommunikation mit Giacomo war auch sehr angenehm.

Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

Fede & Rosy's wonderful villa is set in the beautiful village of Forno. Visiting out of season this idyllic place represents Elba as it was over 20 years ago. There are three great beaches, local restaurants and an alimentari in walking distance. If you're feeling courageous then hire a bike to see the best of the island. Grazie mille Fede & Rosy for going out of your way to make my stay so special. Attenti al pompiere!! I will return in the future :-)

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Wir haben als Familie schöne Tage auf Elba verbracht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, der schōne Sandstrand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren alleine in dem Ferienhaus, es war ruhig und alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben mōchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit den Eigentümern und Ivana. Ivana lebt auf Elba und kümmert sich um alles vor Ort. Sie ist bezaubernd und stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Schöner Bungalow mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und eigener Veranda. Toller Gemeinschaftspool und gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Deckchairs. Vom Haus aus ist mit dem Auto alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar! Gutes Internet, WLAN und Handynetz ermöglichen theoretisch Work from anywhere. Unkomplizierter CheckIn and Out.

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Fijn appartement met als pluspunten de loggia met zeezicht en een parkeerplek voor de deur. Dichtbij restaurants en strand, via een korte route. Marciana Marina is een rustig en gezellig dorp. Grappig is dat er een gekende serie wordt opgenomen bij Barlume aan de haven.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Appartamento ideale in una località perfetta per trascorrere delle vacanze rigeneranti! Consigliatissimo!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Küchen- und Essplatz-Dinge, die das Verweilen angenehm machen. Herrlicher Blick. Auch nächtlich lebhaftes Gassengewirr drumherum. Also eher nichts für Stille-Fanatiker. Lange steile Treppe zur Wohnung, dafür über den Dächern der verwinkelten Altstadt. Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Die Bau Substanz ist Hochwertig. Es ist super Sauber, alles was man braucht hat es vorhanden. Die Lage ist Génial, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Roberto hat uns aufmerksam gemacht über die Streik von der Fähre. Er ist sehr Freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde sofort nochmals mit Roberto Buchen. Danke für die tolle Woche .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit top ausgestatter Küche. Nicht weit zum Strand, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zu viert ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 1 Baby), es war ausreichend Platz. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder! :-)
