The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Sea is 50 metres ! front apartment of 2 in a Fishermans cottage in the Historic harbour area of Queenscliff. You can see, smell and hear the sea from all rooms. It has a private garden, kitchen/lounge/dining room ,a large private verandah ,adjoining the queen bedroom. Wood fire is set and ready to light with plenty of wood - very cosy for nights in ! No need for a car as the marina, village, Blues train,ferry, beach are an easy walk.
