Such a beautiful homely space! Was so cosy and a beautiful lay out! Could enjoy the deck even when it rained. Only thing in would’ve loved to know no heating/air con/fans in the bedroom but was really fantastic

Absolutely loved my stay at this delightful Airbnb! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located to the beach and the shops. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations. Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

Amazing stay with friends and kids at this place. Short stroll to the beach, general store and plenty to explore in the local area. Hope to be back!

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

Eric's place was great and we all enjoyed our stay ! Despite there being an unexpected issue with the hot water system on Day 1, Eric was able to rectify this within a short time. We were also compensated as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay with family or friends 🙂

Our stay was fantastic - a great getaway for Easter/Child's Birthday. A beautiful and quiet place with rolling hills and stunning views. We loved the animals - Clare took the time to show us around to see the chickens, sheep and alpacas. A fantastic stay, we will be back!

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

Jeff & Melinda’s apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. They were very proactive with their communication, the apartment was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even included a few extras, such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the kids! Our children loved the addition of a few games and of course the swimming pool and spa was a highlight. The view from the apartment is brilliant and the trams just outside make travelling around easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! Liv’s place was perfect, i have stayed in this specific apartment twice and both times have been amazing. The alley way, where it is located can be difficult to find however the location is great. Liv’s communication is fantastic, she answered all my questions with ease and was very friendly. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a local place in the city.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Helen's place was just what we needed — somewhere rustic surrounded by bush, but with all the amenities you could hope for, and in a great location with a quick and easy drive into town or the beach. Instructions were clear and all our questions were answered promptly. We'll definitely be back!
