Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

The Nest 2 bedroom is dog friendly, you will enjoy being steps from the beach & downtown restaurants, shops & the park. Our 2 bed cottage offers a queen size bed & 2 twin beds. A relaxing living room w/ a desk to catch up on work while away. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. There is an outside shared space for outdoor dining. Located on a scenic route close to all of Central Floridas attractions. 1 Small dog/cat under 20 lbs and is allowed, $50 fee required per stay. No smoking inside is allowed.
